Enjoyed an unbelievable experience a few nights ago. The food was incredible and meticulously prepared and had us eagerly awaiting each course. The standouts from the December tasting menu were the Otoro and Shrimp Toast, but really everything was fantastic. Service was impeccable and the ambiance was perfect. We'll definitely be back. If you're looking for an elevated Asian foodie experience this is the place.

I had an amazing dining experience at Ram & Rooster! The atmosphere is cozy and vibrant, perfect for a night out with friends or a casual dinner. The menu offers a great selection of dishes, and everything we ordered was packed with flavor. The standout for me was the roasted duck – tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Whether you're a fan of comfort food or looking for something a bit more adventurous, Ram & Rooster has something for everyone. Highly recommend!

This is hands down the best restaurant in NJ right now. The 8 course tasting menu is phenomenal, each dish balanced with unique flavors and texture, and beautiful plated. Our server explained each dish in detail, was extremely knowledgeable of the ingredients and dishes, and very friendly. He consistently topped off our drinks as needed and meticulously provided a new place setting for each course. The ambiance was very relaxing as we sat on the 2nd floor, with beautiful hip, modern decor. I was particularly intrigued by the faucet in the bathroom which was very unique. The overall attention to detail from the concept and design to the food and service is what sets it apart. Fine dining at its best with a relaxed atmosphere that easily compares to a Michelin star restaurant. Free on site parking is available and it is a BYOB. A liquor store is conveniently located next door in case you forget to bring your libations.

GO HERE GO HERE GO HERE! Ram and Rooster’s entire atmosphere, including the open concept kitchen / bar, to every single fixture is absolutely beautiful. The restaurant ascetically is just so sleek and stunning! The owner and staff are so warm and it is so apparent that they are there for you to have the ultimate food experience and that is what you will get with your 8 course tasting menu. Every single dish is absolutely mouth watering. (It did not go unnoticed that the actual physical dishes that they are paired with are ALSO beautiful) To pick a favorite dish is beyond difficult but just to highlight a few that I cannot stop thinking about is the lotus root croquette for example. Our waitress described it as a cozy dish and that’s exactly what it was, I never wanted it to end! Another course was the crusted black cod that was PERFECTLY cooked along with the soy fiber broth that we decided to put our spoon down to drink the rest of right from the bowl because it was THAT GOOD! The roast duck was impeccably done OR if you want to substitute for wagyu instead for a bit extra - you can thank me later! The wagu actually melts in your mouth! On New Year’s Eve we had octopus for one of the meals and it was hands down INCREDIBLE! It was cooked so perfectly and I couldn’t get enough of the sauce it was served with. The desserts were so exciting with their different textures and refreshing tastes. You will leave leaving SO full but also never wanting this exciting and delicious dinner to end! Bring your foodie friends or family along with some bottles of wine and be prepared for the most unbelievable and beautiful experience!!!!!!!

The best restaurant in Jersey, hands down. The flavors, the service, everything was 10/10 and I'm confident this establishment will receive a Michelin star if they stay consistent. The tasting course with wagyu was absolutely phenomenal. It was the best meal I've had in years. Try it for yourself. Everything is perfectly balanced and smooth.
