About Quick Wok Chinese Restaurant
Welcome to Quick Wok Chinese Restaurant, located at 7800 Crowley Rd in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part of the Chinese Restaurant category, Quick Wok offers a variety of Chinese dishes for the local community. They can be contacted at (817) 286-3036 or +1 817-286-3036. Based on recent customer feedback, Quick Wok provides convenient online ordering and pick-up services. However, reviews also highlight some inconsistencies in food flavor and the quantity of certain ingredients.
Environment: The provided customer reviews do not offer any specific information regarding the dine-in environment of Quick Wok Chinese Restaurant. One review mentions frequent dine-in experiences, suggesting that this option is available. However, there are no descriptions of the restaurant's decor, cleanliness, or overall atmosphere. Therefore, potential customers looking for specific ambiance details will not find that information in the current feedback.
Services: Quick Wok offers several service options to cater to customer convenience. One reviewer specifically mentioned that ordering online was "super easy" and that picking up the order was "a breeze," indicating an efficient system for online takeout orders. Additionally, another customer mentioned using the drive-thru for ordering, suggesting this is also a service provided. The fact that a customer dines in "very often" confirms the availability of dine-in service. However, there is no information provided regarding delivery services, so customers interested in this option may need to inquire directly with the restaurant.
Features: Quick Wok's menu appears to include popular American Chinese dishes, such as General Tso's chicken, which one reviewer ordered with white rice. This customer also tried the mango cake based on another reviewer's suggestion, indicating that they offer desserts as well. The initial impression of the food's appearance was highly positive, with the reviewer stating, "The food looks amazing. Hands down it looks so good." This suggests that Quick Wok takes pride in the visual presentation of their dishes. However, a significant concern raised was the lack of flavor in the General Tso's chicken, described as "soggy and warm but had no taste," and lacking discernible chicken flavor. The reviewer also noted the absence of visible sauce in the container, with an option to purchase extra sauce for an additional $5.
Another concerning feature highlighted in a separate review was the quantity of shrimp in the house fried rice ordered through the drive-thru. The customer was disappointed to find only three small pieces of shrimp in their order, which they felt was insufficient for the price paid. Upon calling the restaurant, they were informed that the standard procedure was to include only three or four small shrimp. While the customer acknowledged that the food is generally of good quality, they felt "ripped off" due to the meager amount of shrimp. The manager offered to add more shrimp if the customer returned to the restaurant, but the customer declined due to the inconvenience of driving back after arriving home.
These contrasting experiences suggest that while Quick Wok may offer visually appealing food and convenient ordering options, there are potential issues with flavor consistency in some dishes and the quantity of certain ingredients in takeout orders. Customers should be aware of these reported issues when making their decisions.
Promotional Information: The provided customer reviews do not contain any information about ongoing promotions or special offers at Quick Wok Chinese Restaurant. Chinese restaurants frequently offer lunch specials, combination plates, or discounts for online orders or larger purchases. To learn about any current promotions, customers are advised to contact the restaurant directly at (817) 286-3036 or +1 817-286-3036 or check their website or any local online advertising platforms they might use.
In conclusion, Quick Wok Chinese Restaurant in Fort Worth offers convenient online ordering, pick-up, and drive-thru services, along with dine-in options. The food is reported to be visually appealing, and the mango cake was recommended by a customer. However, recent reviews indicate potential drawbacks, including a lack of flavor in some dishes like the General Tso's chicken and a surprisingly small quantity of shrimp in the house fried rice ordered for takeout. While one long-time customer generally praised the food quality, the issue with the shrimp portion suggests a need for customers to carefully check their takeout orders. Potential diners should consider these mixed reviews when deciding to patronize Quick Wok and may want to be specific about their preferences and expectations when ordering.

Customer Reviews
I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. Order online is super easy Pick up was a breeze I ordered General Tsos chicken with white rice and a mango cake (mango cake was due to another reviewer) The food looks amazing. Hands down it looks so good. It doesn’t have any taste though. I opened it up and noticed it was not exactly dry but I’m used to seeing sauce in the container. You can buy extra sauce for $5. The chicken is massive, it absolutely looks amazing but I tried a piece of chicken and it just felt soggy and warm but had no taste. It didn’t even taste like chicken. It just was warm and gooey. I thought it was maybe that once piece so I tried another and again no flavor I thought maybe it was due to little or no sauce so I moved all the items around to try to find sauce and still no flavor. It does leave this oily film in your mouth but again it doesn’t taste bad. It just tastes or feels warm and gooey but lacks flavor.
I dine in this restaurant very often. I’ve never really had a bad experience until I ordered a house ride rice spicy from the drive-through. I was very disappointed when I got home after working a long days shift at my job I was hoping to come home to a relaxing meal from this restaurant when I got home, I opened the box and it only had three pieces of shrimp inside of it when I called the restaurant. They told me that their procedure is to only put three or four shrimp in the box, these are small shrimp. It is ridiculous for the amount that you pay for only three small size shrimp I was very disappointed. The owner or manager told me I can come back and they will add more shrimp at this time. I explained to him I am at home. I am not going to get in my car to drive back for you to add a couple pieces of shit on my meal I explained to him you guys clearly had to of seen how much shrimp you put in this before you sold it to a customer I just felt like I was ripped off their food is good quality food, but be careful what you order and pay attention to what they put in your to go orders because when you get home, you may be very upset with what you find
I’ve lived in this area for 3yrs and always wanted to try this place so today i did! It is fantastic! I ordered the fried rice with the orange chicken and one egg roll. This happened to be their lunch special ironically. Nice people. Good food.
Just found a roach in my food from today January 6th. Got black peppered chicked and fried rice. Update: Manager personally called and sent apologies and will refund the meal plus removed the batch from shelves. Super nice and apologetic.
