Qiao Lin Hotpot - Chicago Downtown

Came to the restaurant in person at around 1:30, there was no wait for us to get seated. Here is my review: 1. High quality food, VERY fresh and tasty.🤤 2. My favorite broth is golden chicken and spicy. 3. Bubble tea is really good. They even have brown sugar ice jello. 4. Nice service and environment 5. Parking only costs 5 bucks(under 4 hours) I would recommend joining their reservation waitlist on yelp in advance!!!!

Had an amazing time at Qiao Lin Hotpot in downtown Chicago! The food was fresh and packed with flavor—perfect for anyone who loves a good hotpot experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, but what really made the night special was our server, Tim. He was awesome to chat with, super helpful, and knew exactly how to guide us through the menu. Tim’s friendly and knowledgeable service made everything so much more enjoyable. If you’re looking for great food and a top-notch dining experience, Qiao Lin Hotpot is the place to go. Ask for Tim—you won’t be disappointed!

Best Hotpot in Chicago! What I like the most is the variety of broths. The meat and vegetable are so fresh. Food is same level as their Chinatown location! Very authentic Chinese hotpot (Chongqing style). Compared with the Chinatown location, they adjust the broth price for only $1 up!!! Consider the location, this is ridiculously cheap. The decoration is insane. They even have the Chinese zodiac statutes(see picture for details). Whether you’re a hot pot enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this place is a must-visit. The combination of delicious food, great ambience, and the excellent service makes it a place you’ll want to return to again and again!

I can't say enough about how ridiculously good the food is at this hotpot diner! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the warm aroma of simmering broths and fresh ingredients. The variety of options is astounding—whether you're into rich, savory broths or something lighter and aromatic, they have it all. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch. Every bite was a burst of flavor, from the tender cuts of meat to the crisp, fresh vegetables. The dipping sauces were out of this world, allowing you to customize each bite to perfection. And the service? Impeccable! The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a hotpot experience that will blow your mind, this is the place. We left with full bellies and big smiles, already planning our next visit. This is, without a doubt, the best hotpot I've ever had. Highly recommend!

I always go to the location near Chicago Chinatown. Qiao Lin Hotpot this location just open for 2 months. This location they have little bit more food / meat and drinks. The food were good. Definitely I will come to downtown location again. Don't forget to call them how to get $5 parking for 4 hour at lower street across from Whole Food market.
