Customer reviews present a mixed view of Purinsu Ramen. One visitor described their experience as "decent," noting that the exterior has an appealing and quiet Japanese aesthetic. They found the ramen to be "really good" and the service to be fast and helpful. However, they mentioned that the food was a "little overpriced" and that the bathroom needed cleaning.

Another customer found the interior to have a "good vibe" with open seating upon their arrival around 4:00 pm. However, they described the two bowls of ramen they ordered, priced at $20 each, as "mediocre." They also noted that the waiter was neither particularly friendly nor rude, simply present. This reviewer pointed out that the restaurant does not exclusively offer Japanese food, as there is a separate menu for Cantonese dishes. They also had a negative experience with the tap water, finding its taste unusual to the point of avoiding it for most of the meal, although the saltiness of the ramen made it necessary to drink some. Overall, this customer's experience with the food and service was not particularly positive.

In summary, Purinsu Ramen offers a blend of Japanese and Cantonese cuisine in Princeton. While the exterior ambiance is generally well-received, and the ramen was considered good by one reviewer, others found the ramen to be mediocre and the prices somewhat high. There were also mentions of a need for bathroom cleanliness and an issue with the taste of the tap water. Potential diners may want to weigh these mixed reviews when considering a visit.

It was a decent experience. The exterior looks appealing and quiet Japanese. I don’t know if the owner of this place is Japanese or Cantonese though. I had ramen, which was really good. The service was fast and helpful. However, I had to mention that the food is a little overpriced, and the bathroom there needs some cleaning.

The interior was a good vibe and seating was very open when we came in, was around 4:00pm too. We ordered two ramens only for it to be mediocre, both were $20 a bowl too. The waiter wasnt either nice or rude, she was just there. The restaurant seemed to not just stick to Japanese food either, having a separate menu for cantonese food. Normally im okay with tap water, waters water right? But the water was really weird tasting that it made me avoid it the rest of the meal, except the ramen was too salty for me that i couldnt avoid it.

This place was a bit strange. They had all the typical japanese ramen offerings, but they also had a separate, hand-written menu with cantonese style food. The waitress also was advertising to us some kind of deep fried vegetable root (maybe lotus root???). Our group got two ramens, two Beef Chow Funs, Chicken Karage, Takoyaki, and that deep fried root. I got the beef chow fun, and it was solid. I tried some of the ramen, and it was okay. The chicken and takoyaki were below average, but we did not like the fried root. It was cut too thick and not seasoned. We much preferred the side salad and berry dressing that came with it. Service was also a little slow. They only had one waitress and the restaurant was maybe half full. The space was clean and looked like a typical japanese restaurant. Although, our table for four felt a little cramped. This restaurant seems to have an identity crisis, floating between Japanese and Chinese cuisine. For the price, the food was not worth it. I'd only come back here if there were long wait times for other places (which is why we came here in the first place).

Great food, service, and atmosphere. If you are looking for some really good food, this is your place. The ramen noodles were cooked perfectly. And all the food was excellent. Our server was so good and attractive and had fun picking on us, ladies. And the atmosphere is nice a cozy.
