Prince Noodle (四川小馆) offers a departure from typical American-Chinese fare, specializing in authentic Sichuan cuisine. Customers have described the food as "absolutely delicious" and "some of the best tasting Chinese we’ve had in awhile," with one reviewer giving it a 5-star rating across the board. The service has also been noted as "great," contributing to a positive dining experience.
A key feature of Prince Noodle is its focus on dishes from Chongqing, China, particularly a variety of spicy noodle options. For those who prefer milder flavors, it's possible to request dishes without spice. This restaurant is highlighted as a "great place for a foodie" due to its diverse and unique selections, encouraging diners to try something beyond the usual Beef and Broccoli or Shrimp Lo Mein.
For spice enthusiasts, it's recommended to start with a spice level 2, which is described as having enough of a kick to induce a slight sweat while still allowing enjoyment of the meal. The restaurant's spicy chili oil is also praised for its complex flavor profile, requiring numerous ingredients and time to prepare.
Please note that according to a review update on November 26, 2024, Prince Noodle underwent a short renovation and now operates under new management and staff with a revamped menu. While some American-Chinese dishes are still available, the focus remains on native Chinese dishes, continuing to offer a foodie-level experience with unique selections. The previous offering of hot pot skewers is no longer available. Despite these changes, it is still considered a good place to eat for those seeking authentic Chinese flavors.

Absolutely delicious! 5 stars on everything! New Chinese restaurant in Va beach Brennaman farms by dollar bank. The service was great, this food is some of the best tasting Chinese we’ve had in awhile. Thank you so much we will definitely be back!
A great place if you want to try something that's not your typical Beef and Broccoli or Shrimp Lo Mein. This place serves a variety of spicy noodle dishes (you can ask for it to not be spicy) that come from Chongqing, China. A great place for a foodie, they offer many different selections. If you do like spicy, probably start at a level 2 and then next time you come back you can go higher if you want. I think 2 is already at that point where it has enough of a kick to make you sweat a little but still enjoy the meal. The spicy chili oil they create is excellent as it takes many ingredients and a bit of time to make. They also do a skewer offering of different meats, seafood, and vegetables. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current respiratory hygiene guidelines. Recommended. Update 11/26/2024: After a short renovation during the summer, looks like they are under new management and staff with a totally revamped menu. While they still have some American-Chinese dishes, this is still more for native Chinese dishes along with still being a foodie-level of things to try. They don't have the hot pot skewers though like the previous staff had. Still a good place to eat at, other than the selections being changed.
Amazing food, great environment and friendly service. The ramen broth is really too notch and unique and the other dishes offer a variety for everyone. Very rich flavors. A little spicy even when mild, but nothing too bad. Try their lamb kabob as a starter!
Ive been to this place multiple times throughout these past few years and was surprised by the changes in the menu, turned out to be a change in management. They stopped selling my go to order of golden beef noodle soup and taro milk tea, but kept the scallion pancakes even though they are much greasier and thinner than what I remember, so thats disappointing. The food was good but I sure do miss the good old days. The service was nice, but I won’t be back.
The food was great. Period. Everything was made fresh and tasted phenomenal. Highly recommend the Lo mein and the Chong Qing noodles. Dumplings needed a little salt and pepper but they were still good. Black girl approved 💅🏽
