We ordered ramen and chicken buffalo spring rolls. The chicken inside of the spring rolls was uncooked. Had the texture of salmon sashimi. I’m so grossed out. My kid ate a whole roll before I tried it and noticed the raw chicken. Praying we can make it home without getting sick.

Great atmosphere, okay food, sky high prices, but surprisingly bad service. Expect to spend at least $50/ person, and only see a server to drop off food. You'll set your own table and get your own water.

The bar stool was comfy and didn't wait much for the food. Food itself was pretty meh and overpriced. Paid 42 bucks for two appetizers that you could get at the frozen aisle for like 10.

I regret dining here without checking reviews beforehand. As I was in a rush at the airport, convenience was my priority, but the quality clearly didn't match the price. The tonkotsu ramen was a major disappointment. The broth was incredibly thin and bland, a far cry from the rich, flavorful experience expected. It tasted more like watery noodles with ginger than authentic ramen. The chashu was dry, and the overboiled egg was bland and unappetizing. Staff didn't seem to know how to serve ramen. I was given a bowl of ramen with just a spoon. I had to go get the chopsticks and napkins myself. For the same price, I could have enjoyed a top-tier ramen experience in Houston.

I typically wait a few days to review a place. I give myself time to think about what I really thought about an experience at a place. Especially if it was not good. I left about five minutes ago and wanted to go ahead and do this. Just walk past and go someplace better closer to your gate. I will say upfront everything wrong with this place is management. I respect them opening early. A lot of the time there is not many options before 6am at any airport. If you are near the screening entrance and plan on opening early, make sure you have the staff to do so. Or block off tables so they do not get overwhelmed. When I arrived at 5:15 am there was only one server. Every table was pretty much full. That poor lady was running around and stretched thin. She was doing great for what she was dealing with. Second, the food was completely bland. I ordered the “Big Poppy Bagel Sandwich” with a side of breakfast potatoes. I never had lox, capers, red onions, cream cheese, and tomatoes that tasted like absolutely nothing. The only thing with flavor was the bagel. Which was not the right bagel. I ordered the garlic and they gave me an everything bagel. The bagel had decent flavor, but was tough and chewy. The cream cheese was hard as a rock. Which made it hard to smear since they give you a flimsy plastic knife. The potatoes were okay. Just a little stale from sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The bagel was $20 and definitely not worth it. All this was being watched by who I guess was a manager standing at the bar. He kept talking to the employees and wore an airport armband. She was running around like a chicken with its head cut off and he kept bugging her instead of helping.
