Never had such a terrible experience at any location. Absolutely ridiculous. First, my two year old daughter almost fell through the table on the booth because the table top wasn't even bolted to the frame! Our food took a half-hour for dine in. They had no straws, Silverware, Ketchup, or Napkins for the guests, and the proceeded to get our order wrong several times, including being out of Mac and cheese. Only two employees had a hat or a hair net, and there was no manager in sight. One employee even managed to take 2 bathroom breaks in the 30 minutes we waited for our food, which is surprising given that the urinal in the men's room was out of order, and they only had bar soap to wash your hands. I should have realized when there was a sign by the counter for the district manager with a direct number if you weren't satisfied. Promising to make it right before you leave. Promise broken, never heard a reply. Avoid this location at all costs.

I work hard for my money!!! This restaurant has poor quality of food, and poor customer services. When you place your orders, you get all the wrong food, cold food and food be missing from your orders. This restaurant is quick to charge your card for items that are sold out, but fail to communicate with customers regarding their order. When you call the restaurant to speak to management there's no one there to answer the phone and the voicemail always full !!!!! Stay away from this restaurant. # Rip Off place!!!!!!!

My mother & I waited 15 minutes inside restaurant while employees ignored us to place an order. Chicken was hanging out on the counter, customers were coming in with their orders messed up, people were waiting in drive thru for more than 30 minutes. When we placed our 10 PCs chicken and two sides with biscuits we asked for all dark meat and was given 6 thighs and 4 breasts. The chicken was not fried how it should have been the breading was wet and falling off the chicken. We were told when we placed our order all they had was spicy like they was making us take that instead but I told them we wait for dark meat and asked how long it would take he said 20 minutes. We waited 40 minutes and once it was made I had to remind them to make our order. The employees at this time of night were very slow and lazy and acted like they didn't want to do anything. They had no sweet tea, customers were coming in asking to order chicken sandwich they said they had none. We asked for honey and hot sauce they said they didn't have none. No napkins given. This was on a Saturday at 9pm 7/27/2024. I hope this is addressed and I will be contacting corporate as well. 😡😤🙄

I was highly upset when I found out my husband went to this location because it's a constant disappointment! Tell me how on earth do you wait in line for an hour and receive this old, burnt, and completely inedible chicken! They really ought to be ashamed of themselves for taking our money and serving this crap! This location should be shut down and I am the one to write letters!

Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience from the food to the wait to the overall experience. Placed an order 10 minutes before I get there only to have to wait 25 minutes in side the lobby to wait for SOME food that I ordered. Missing food items and on top of that the food we did get was terrible. Coca-Cola was sour had to spit it out! The Mac and cheese cold and had no flavor and was just mush. The mashed potatoes and gravy tasted as if they went bad. No one handling food was wearing a hair net or even a hat, unbelievable. I’ve asked and asked to be contacted from someone higher up and no one seems to care!!!
