Pollo Tropical

Spent $40 for a family of 4 which was decent. The kids loved the grill chicken. I enjoyed the plantains, avocado chicken bowl and rice and beans but only if you add the cilantro sauce. I highly recommend the curry sauce and the pio pio sauces as well!

Not really a fan of this place. The rice was super dry and chicken was basically all bones. There are 144 Pollo Tropical stores in the United States as of November 22. I pulled that off of google by the way. The food isn’t for me. But the people behind the counter were pretty chill .

Paid $15 on Doordash and waited 30 min for cold, soggy food that was literally barely 10 min away from me. My fries looked half eaten already, my bag wasn’t sealed, and my wrap was cold. If I had to wait that long on inedible food, why wasn’t it at least warm??? By far the worst Pollo I’ve ever had and I’ve been eating there for over 10 years. Doordash’s system generated refund system is only me $3 for that order so now I have to go in person to get my food made correctly which is even more time/money wasted. Never ordering Pollo Tropical again unless EYE am able to physically check the bag myself and I’m for sure never using Doordash again

I love this place. Unfortunately, they left the Atlanta market some time ago. We took a family trip, and this was the first place we had to visit when we got into town. The meal was delicious. The place was clean. This was on a Saturday afternoon. I love it.

We don't have these where I live anymore and we miss it sooo much!! On of the fast food spots where we can to to get fresh food! I got the large tropi chop chicken, yellow rice, black beans, and all the veggies! It was delicious! So much food that I couldn't even eat all of it! The rice wasn't hard, beans were tender, chicken was grilled and flavorful! Servie was fine! No complaints!
