Pizza Hut

Great team, extremely helpful and friendly. Made my pizza perfect to my order. I've been here before while traveling through I10, and I'll definitely be back again. Great pizza. I ate it in my car while driving back to Alabama. I hate to admit that, but I absolutely could not help it. I had to stop and finish at the nearest rest area. Too tempting .

Stop using doordash to deliver YOUR orders. The past two orders delivered by doordash have been unsatisfactory. Use your own drivers and not random people who don't care about the quality of your order.

We ordered 18 wings with sauce on the side. We were then charged for the bbq sauce and ended up not receiving it. Why are we being charged for sauce that we wouldn't pay for if we didnt want it on the side? We wanted a small thin crust but were told we could only get that style crust in Med or lg.

The food here is wonderful and the service is always great, however yesterday I had a pickup order at about 3 pm, ordered a pan pizza with extra cheese and roasted garlic cheesesticks and they ended up giving me a hand tossed pizza and bacon cheesesticks instead, at first I wasnt too mad about not getting my pan pizza but I was tired and hungry so i went for a cheesestick and had an unpleasant surprise, bacon and ham make me gag unfortunately and I ended up not eating, also had to work in six hours so I didn't call to get it fixed, just went to bed. Tighten up pizza hut! Place wasn't busy at all when I went up there so I'm confused how you guys messed it up. I double checked the order on my app so I know it wasn't me! Also I still tip most of the time even though I come pick up my orders so it felt like a pretty big waste of money for only 2 items.

Normally this location rocks, but the difficulty that I've been having trying to reach someone, anyone at this point, to complain about a mistake on my last order is driving me nuts. It was just the fact that the pizza I bought for my MiL for dinner last night didn't come with the light sauce that I ordered. The online receipt and paper receipt both say that I did in dact order the pizza with light sauce but I got a pizza that was definitely normal sauce. She can't eat the heavier amount of sauce for medical reason which means that her dinner was ruined last night. Now, I called to try and speak with the MoD to explain this and I was hung up on twice. The phone would ring and then immediately disconnect. So, here I am, trying to reach some form management about this issue.
