Pizza Hut

I had a very disappointing experience at the D'Iberville Pizza Hut on Halloween night. The general manager was quite rude and, unfortunately, her attitude left a bad impression that she could be a little racist. I ordered four pizzas for my kids and wanted to enjoy our meal inside the restaurant. When we arrived, the manager immediately told us the lobby was closed and rudely asked me to stop my kids from running around, even though the door was unlocked. I received a notification that my order was ready, but when I went to the front desk, the manager informed me they were out of pan pizzas. I politely asked how that was possible if my order was marked as ready, and she dismissively said the online system wasn’t accurate, then walked away without offering any replacements. After waiting nearly an hour for the pizzas, I noticed they were sitting on the counter for about 15 minutes while she ignored me. After saying ma'am multiple times, I had to raise my voice to get her attention, only for her to tell me to wait. Eventually, she informed me that the cook had made the wrong pizzas and proceeded to explain that they were short-staffed. While I understand that issues can arise, her customer service skills were lacking under pressure. After nearly two hours, my pizzas were not only late but also made incorrectly. This experience has left me very upset, and I will not be returning to this location. It’s a shame, as I noticed other customers having similar issues with their orders as well.

The smell of chemicals ruined my appetite, the food was cold, and it just tasted like they had some of the cleaner in the food. There are other people waiting for the food and it didn’t even taste good. It straight up tasted like chemicals. The whole place is dirty, a bunch of mixed foods that would be considered contamination, and I felt sick afterwards. This whole place made me wanna feel like I could do nothing but eat chemicals

Shout out to Red and Ariel! They are two hard workers who truly care about helping their customers. I had made a mistake when ordering my pizza online, and they were so loving enough to make it right despite it being my mistake. They have such good and genuine customer service. God bless these two ladies. They deserve the best! ❤️

Called into change an order made, guy answered rudely and put me on hold, after 15 minutes I just hung up. My company is done using this store for our weekend lunches. Nothing but bad service.

Me and my wife put in a simple order for breadsticks at 6:28 said it would be done by 7:05 fine but it’s been over and hour and 7 minutes I have waited in this place and they are just now putting in my order and not being to hospitable about it and act like it’s nothing. Don’t value their customers. One lady felt bad but the younger girl who worked tonight is bad at prioritizing orders and wait time. No exaggeration I am a reasonable easy going person. But this is really ridiculous I do not get why I am here still waiting way over and hour to get my order I am typing as I wait and it’s sad you come to this Pizza Hut. Your wait time for simple bread sticks and garlic cheesy bread is gonna be over hour almost hour In a half or more still waiting. This is a honest review for anyone who orders online. Now if they know you they will make it pop out real quick. I think orders should be done in order. Not any new orders should come out before mine especially waiting over and hour am seeing someone come in place an order and get it in 15 minutes and another customer comes in. There needs to be a priority for orders which is crazy. The girl said 165 tickets they are on there needs to be more equipment and staff to help out or this place will not be operational much longer And I swear this is. Not exaggerating Pizza but dibervil ms next to pjs coffee if the owner sees this how do you allow this store to be ran like this. An operation where you have so many orders you should upgrade the store add more room equipment and staff. And have a way to keep the wait down
