Pizza Hut

I came to see the reviews, because there was definitely something not right about my large stuffed crust pizza! The sauce was just gross, didn't taste at all like what I expect from Pizza Hut. I could have went anywhere, abd ut would have been better. I hate leaving a bad review, but I'm literally afraid it may make me sick, the taste is that off. I thought it was just me at first, because it's been a long time since I ordered Pizza Hut, but seeing the other reviews confirms it. This was a splurge for me to get pizza, and I'm very disappointed. Even the stuffed crust didn't taste right, it just lacks flavor, and the crust is extremely thin, much more so than I remember it being. The fact that I've never complained about any if these things tell me the quality of food at this location is not as it is at the others. I rated atmosphere as one star, because, although it is obviously not a dine-in restaurant, there's only one small table and a small bench for people who are waiting. I sat at the table with someone I did not know, and while that didn't particularly bother me, I wouldn't just take a seat by him, he had to invite me to sit, so I knew I wasn't putting myself in someone else's personal space. The service was fast and friendly, but that doesn't matter much if you aren't getting the product you expect. Sorry!

Quality control at Courthouse Rd Pizza Hut has went way down. One order I got the pizza was raw still. Last week I ordered 2 pizzas with the same toppings. The medium was fine, but the large tasted way off. Not sure if the sauce was expired or a topping was left out of the make line , but the taste was aweful and nothing Ive ever experienced at a Pizza Hut, and since the medium tasted fine, then something was def up. Maybe the dough was old and soured.. Still I worked at Pizza Hut for 5 years, and Ive never tasted anything like that. Eww. Bring the old store manager back, Jason kicked butt, and the guy yall had running the store before u moved to the new location. Both of them had quality control.

We’ve had several problems from this location in the past year, (usually undercooked food or late delivery time) this time we’re leaving a review. I got a notification 25 minutes after I ordered saying my food had been delivered, but it hadn’t. So I called Pizza Hut to make sure they didn’t bring my order to someone else’s house but before I could finish my sentence the guy on the phone said my food was on the way and hung up in my face. I waited another 10 minutes, called again, and was immediately put on hold for 5 minutes, then while I was on hold they hung up on me. Called several more times but they just kept forwarding my calls. (Keep in mind I’m just trying to make sure they didn’t deliver to the wrong house, I couldn’t care less about the delivery time, I understand it gets busy. We also tipped online ahead of time in good faith lmao) My food eventually did arrive but it was late, and cold. Terrible experience, won’t be ordering from here again. There are several other pizza places in the area that don’t give us this amount of trouble.

The young men working there were really nice, and the service was good, but my pizza was absolutely awful. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, and it was flatter that the box it came in. The sauces didn't taste like anything, and the cheese in the crust was barely there. This was our 1st time ever trying this location let alone pizza hut, and I can guarantee we will not be back.

first time in this town and thought we would give this Pizza Hut a chance. We ordered 3 large pizzas at 7:12 p.m. and was told it would be 30 minutes.. we never got our cold soggy pizzas.. They said the driver stole our order and they will remake it and it would be another 45 minutes in top of the hour we already been waiting.. They didn't offer a refund or free breadsticks or anything for the trouble.. Dont order here..We ended up having to go Pick up our own order and they said they COULD NOT refund the delivery fee or tip we left the driver who stole our food. They claimed only the store manager could refund it and the he was off for 30 days.. I call BULL..
