Ping Pang Pong

This place has some amazing food. Served in family portions. I highly recommend. The best hot and sour soup I have ever had. Very much impressed. Staff was on it and luckily not too busy when we went. Would highly recommended. Gobo beef was amazing. They did a tremendous job on the menu and will certainly be stopping in again. Normally I am not big on going to a different casino for food, but this place changed that

We went for dim sum at Ping Pang Pong and it didn't disappoint. We arrived shortly after they opened and the carts were rolling through the restaurant. Couple of the dishes were not as hot as I would expect however we ordered a couple that had to be made from the kitchen and they were excellent. The restaurant is located in Gold Coast Casino.

Setting up in a smoking casino. The food was horrible. I can cook better than the food I get. For these kind of price I expected to see something far beyond this. For example, the egg porridge/congee’s pork was way overcooked. The beef and chicken was particularly western-cultivated Chinese food. All there left in tongue was the seasoning. I’ll put up photo as prove. This is a biased comment but I really wish the restaurant could improve their food level a bit more for this price.

During Thanksgiving week, we visited Las Vegas and decided to have Dim Sum at Ping Pang Pong because it had better reviews. When we arrived, many people were waiting in line. When we finally got in and were seated at a table, the first pushcart arrived, but we only selected one item. We asked for some specific food items, but the staff mentioned that they were in another cart. In 10 minutes, no staff came to greet us, and the service was really slow. The second pushcart arrived, but it still had limited food options. After another 10 minutes, the third pushcart finally came with the items we wanted. We have had Dim Sum many times in the Greater Vancouver Area, BC, so the food at Ping Pang Pong was just okay for us. It didn't surprise us. Advice to the store manager: Please assign one staff member to serve 1-3 tables. In this way, if customers want to order specific food items, the staff can bring them what they want instead of making them wait for 20-30 minutes. This approach can reduce waiting times both inside and outside the restaurant, ultimately improving the overall customer experience and boosting business. If the waiting time and food selection improve, we may consider returning.

Much better food quality and taste than when i went 6 years ago. I only had their dim sum and it was Superb. A lot of their dim sum was overcooked last time i went, but not this time. Tea was also higher quality and perfect fragrant than other dim sum. Service was clean, professional, and unintrusive experience. Highly recommend!
