Ping On Restaurant

The lady today was very nice, I am from out of town and she made me feel very welcomed and the food is beyond delicious. The portion size was amazing. Love this place.

Food is bland over priced and dissatisfying. The orange chicken is soggy, fried rice is just rice with soy sauce no veggies or egg or anything and also soggy. Got the orange chicken and pepper steak dinners, with fried rice, didn’t come with egg rolls also got crab Rangoon’s no plum sauce. The whole order was over 50$ at this point we should have just ordered a pizza.

Grateful for the option to dine inside at a Chinese restaurant. For a long time this was take-out only. Comparing with the other local Chinese restaurants this place fell in the middle for taste. The portions are huge. The servers were friendly. The ambiance is real nice with old-school red booths and various Chinese-themed decorations. There is an old phone out in the lobby bringing more charm to the environment. We will be back...we won't 'run' back but we will definitely return.

I will only get white rice from this restaurant. Their fried rice is terrible. I use to love this place and never had anything bad to say about their service or their food, but they have changed. It is very disappointing to pay so much money & throwing away the food rather having left overs. Please go back to your original food items. I don't know if they sold the business & are under new management, but I can't say anything good about my last few times I have ordered from them. My brother in law & sister was there about a month ago & said their fried rice was mushy & wasn't the proper color & horrible tasting. I have experienced this the last 2 times in my carry outs. I love Chinese food, but I have decided to now look for another Chinese restaurant

This was my first time eating here. I had really high hopes because when I walked in the restaurant was filled with nice aroma of food, it was clean and welcoming. I ordered 2 simple dishes. Chicken fried rice and Sesame Chicken no spice. After 10 minutes my carry out was ready. I live 5 minutes away and went straight home. My food was hot, the fried rice had small chopped pieces of chicken, bean sprouts and nothing else. It was bland and the chicken was hard. The Sesame Chicken wasn’t better. It looked like the typical dish but didn’t have much sauce ( not the typical sauce used) I can’t describe the taste of the sauce because they didn’t give me enough and it was probably a sauce from another dish used. I tried to doctor it up with no success. I was very disappointed because it’s hard to find good Asian restaurants. I will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone based on my experience.
