Pine Tree Garden Chinese

The food isn't very good here. None of us liked our plates. The only thing we liked were the eggrolls. The building needs remodeling and updates, its just an old building. The ceiling squares are stained and dirty, which was off-putting. The first few times the food was decent. I'm not sure what happened this time, we won't be back. And it's a bit pricey for the quality of the food you get.

The food is made to order and it’s hot and fresh. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The only issue is that the chicken was to Chewy and lots of dark meat. I think this place could be 5 ⭐️ if they used lean chicken and less dough fillers in th sesame seed chicken.

My family and I ate here last night. I had the Kung pao chicken. Let me tell you, I can't stop thinking about it. Haha. It was the best Kung pao I've ever tasted. This restaurant you need to order at the counter and you fill up your own drinks but someone brings out your food. It's a little divey, but it's definitely a gem. I wouldn't say hidden gem because there were always people coming in non-stop to order or pick up their food, so it's not very hidden 😂 The bathrooms were very clean, which I usually think that's a reflection of how clean their kitchen is, but that's just me... it's not scientific, haha. I'll be back to try more. Actually. I'll probably just keep getting the Kung pao over and over again. (The picture of my plate - I had already eaten more than half, but they give you a lot of food!!)

this place is mid I only go there when I just don't wanna drive far to get good Chinese food mehhhh, I go there to get something fast and never expect a home run but hey it's chinese food I got a fried rice this time and literally gonna throw it away you can tell the onions have been sitting for a good while they taste old very old I always expect this from this place but never learn and go again ughhhhhhhh

This may look like a hole in the wall, but the parking lot is always full; plenty of parking! Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Food was piping hot; egg rolls come out first, then main dish. Split beef and broccoli with fried rice and ordered extra egg rolls. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! Don't miss out on this little gem tucked away in Balch Springs!
