Pinch Boil House

I am a regular and I am always impressed by the friendliness of Destiny and Ariza! They are always kind, sociable, and even memorized my order which is a small but extremely kind gesture. The food is great as well! I regularly get pinch fries, which I 100% recommend, and have also tried the Prawn bowl, the chicken curry, the Japanese curry, and two of their bahn mi sandwiches. Absolutely everything has been tasty and worth ordering. I would absolutely recommend coming here for the food, the atmosphere, the workers, and the cleanliness.

Food is super good! We went twice in one week. The bread for the Banh Mi was soooo soft and toasty. The fries were great perfectly done with a great amount of crab on top. The prices are super reasonable, staff was friendly, and I personally love the posters hanging up as well.

Amazing food for an amazing price! Perfect blend of western and eastern flavors and spices 👍🏻 We ordered the crab and shrimp combo + half a pound of mussels with the dragon sauce in mild child. And pinch fries. Destiny was very helpful and brought our food out quickly!

I go to pinch at least once every other week. Today I went and tried the new fried shrimp bahn mi sandwich and it was delicious! The bread was so good! The spice to meat ratio for me is perfect with the jalapeño. Destiny always gives me great service too and I enjoy chatting with her when I sit at the bar for a quick chat while I eat my meal.

Delicious seafood for a reasonable price. Food-wise Pinch Boil House is excellent and doesnt require you to break the bank for some seafood. A pound of snow crab with potato and corn came out to about $35–for an extremely filling that could feed 2 satisfyingly that’s decent value. The garlic butter flavor is delicious and comes with a variety of spice options, which is great. The boil also comes out with a bowl holding a claw cracker, two sealed wet wipes, and decently quality plastic gloves. Another member of my party ordered the “Bánh Mì Bowl” and the perfectly crispy yet soft pinch fries with (I believe canned) crab, which were both delicious, especially the bowl with fresh avocado, grilled chicken, rice, and veggies. It’s a modern take on Southeast Asian/Vietnamese food done right, unlike other “Asian fusion” restaurants in the area. Service wise, the young girl who works as cashier is excellent, attentive, reasonably friendly, and super patient, which is a huge plus. I saw her cleaning tables often (as seafood boil does get messy) so kudos to her. It added to the already clean environment—for a seafood boil restauraunt the restauraunt is remarkably clean, with beautiful design and multiple TVs, and is overall a comfortable place for lunch. I saw a larger party and they seemed to be having a good time at a long table so I would say this place is friendly for large groups or students coming with their friends from the nearby university. Overall, a great place for lunch as long as you have the funds. I would recommend bringing a bib though as these are not provided, unlike other boil spots like Kickin’ Crab.
