Pierogi & Pizza Plus

Grew up in PA and moved out west when I was 16. Went to bazaars when I was young with my grandparents and parents. Ate halushki, pierogies and piggies in a blanket at those festivals. These taste just like those. Thus place took me back 20 to 25 years ago. Their stromboli is amazing too! Thank you!

Oh. My. God. If you are on the fence about trying this restaurant, don't hesitate RUN! They are SO GOOD!! Everything we ate was a 10, I can't pick just one item as my favorite. We live out of state, and I can promise we will be back every time we are in Penn! Also, the owners are absolutely lovely! So sweet!

The pizza was good, but the Stromboli lacked taste unless you like a lot of green peppers. It was overcooked. Walked in, nobody greets you. They asked if I wanted my Stromboli to eat there & I said yes . Then they brought it over in a box to go .🙄

10/6/23 First time trying this place. We got the special. 2 large round cheese pizzas for $23. It was takeout and it was done on time. One of the pizzas definitely seemed like an older pizza the warmed up. It was kind of hard and only warm, while the pizza we saw them take out of the oven was hot with a droopy crust. There wasn't much cheese on the pizzas, but we didn't order extra. We mainly didn't like the super thin crust and the mildly sweet sauce. It may have tasted sweet because they used too much oregano. Anyway, we gave it a try but will stick with Royal or Donenick's for now. We may try the perogies in the future though.

Pierogi & Pizza Plus offers friendly service and amazing food. I sampled the pagash pizza with onions, potato pancakes, pierogies with cheese and served with butter and onions, and haluski. I can honestly say all of it was delicious and fresh. This is some of the best food I've ever had. The potatos used were delicious, and the food tastes like it was made with quality ingredients. I will definitely be back here again.
