Just ordered a large pizza from there. The top looks great! Went to give my kids a piece of the middle and first of all... it looks/seems uncooked. Second, it is wafer thin. Normally I don't complain, but this was just a tad ridiculous and even more disappointing.

Ordered wings extra crispy and extra saucy. They were dry and undercooked. These people need to pay attention. Terrible. Also ordered pizza well done and it was raw. 2/3 of the pizza had no cheese. Paid for 2 extra blue cheeses and didn't receive them. After calling this joke of an establishment they refused to compensate me. Luckily my bank is gonna help me chargeback the funds for a total refund. Complete scumbags.

Great Buffalo style pizza. We had the Pepperoni home slice. From the sauce to the cheese to Pepperoni and the crust delicious. $11 for 2 slices and 2 pops. Must have if your visiting Buffalo. Side note it was funny watching the staff eating chic fillet in-between serving customers. Will be back.

Terrible Experience and Unprofessional Service I ordered pizza and wings from Picasso’s for the Bills game today, expecting a great meal for my guests. Instead, the pizza arrived burnt to a crisp, and they gave me the wrong sauce on my wings. It was a major inconvenience, leaving my guests starving and disappointed. When I called Picasso’s to address the issue, I spoke with a manager named Nicole, hoping for a simple resolution. Nicole informed me that to receive new food, I would need to swap the incorrect order with the driver. While I was initially fine with this, she then mentioned that the driver wouldn’t arrive for AN HOUR. Considering the inconvenience caused, I politely asked if we could keep the incorrect food while they delivered the correct order. Her response? “Absolutely not, we can’t just give away free pizza.” I explained that as paying customers who spent $85, we didn’t receive acceptable service or food, and this was a reasonable request to make it right. Her dismissive attitude only worsened when I mentioned that places like Duff’s or Macy’s Pizza always go above and beyond to fix any issues. Nicole’s response? “Well, you should probably only shop at those pizza places then.” This is hands-down some of the worst and most unprofessional service I’ve experienced in a long time. While we’ve enjoyed Picasso’s food in the past, this experience has left us with such a negative impression that we will never be returning. To the owners: I strongly suggest providing Nicole with a serious lesson in customer service. If this is how your management treats loyal customers, I can’t imagine how many others you’re losing.

Great pizza. Lunch special with a drink pictured. This is a take-out and delivery location only. Nice staff. Highly recommended!
