This is surely the best Vietnamese restaurant I have visited in Princeton area. It is located within the Asian food market, the restaurant is spacious and modern decoration. I like the short ribs pho, it is authentic broth and the beef is really soft and tender. The portion is very big as well. Without my family help, I am unable to finish the short rib. The bun is tasty, too. The servers are attentive.

I recently ordered from this place via uber eats. I order the filet mignon pho and chicken wings. They sent the filet raw and uncooked and I didn’t get chicken I got what seems to be fried calamari. I would not recommend this place nor would I order again.

The food was great, and service was quick, which was nice. We didn’t have to wait much at all to be seated or get our orders taken, and the food came out quickly. This type of quick service is different from typical restaurants in the US, but I personally prefer it. The only issue was that one of our plates was a bit smudged, but our waitress apologized and replaced it quickly enough. Overall, this place is a great place for some authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Spacious and modern decoration. Located within shopping center with Asian Food Market (huge selections) and Asian business like Kungfu tea, Ushu cafe. But we came here mainly for Viet food! We ordered some basic ones: summer roll, broken rice, and pho. But OMG, the quality and price is quite good after the covid. Picture: special broken rice and ribs pho. The picture doesnt do a justice. The portion is quite huge and very full filing. Service is attentive and polite. But due to the crowd on Sunday morning, we found it’s hard to call them sometimes. Overall, would definitely recommend whenever you are in Plainsboro/Princeton area.

I ordered pork bahn mi and grilled pork platter with rice for lunch today. I drove all the way from Princeton (Harrison Street during lunch traffic) to plainsboro. I have never ever experienced a bad interaction with this place. Always above board. When I got there my food was ready and sitting on the table to the left so I grabbed it. I left with my food drove all the way back in traffic. Arrived back at work in time just to take a bite of my sandwich. I immediately spit it out because the cucumber was molded. White fuzzy mold covered. The taste was horrendous. I had to wash my mouth out with salt water. I instantly threw this away. How can you serve people molded food. I then check the platter and the pork in undercooked and smells horrible. I mean really???. My family actually owns a restaurant in Monroe and I take pride in serving the best food and giving amazing service. This place has fallen from grace and will no longer be on my list of to go to places. And if you are wondering... Only after one meal- yes! This was 2 meals at one time and both were flat out disgusting. This could make some sick. This can get a restaurant shut down. This could be reported to the health department. Do better.
