About Pho Saigon 8

Pho Saigon 8 is a restaurant located at 45 E Silverado Ranch Blvd Ste 110, Las Vegas, NV 89183, USA. They can be contacted at (702) 463-8898 or +1 702-463-8898. While categorized as a Chinese restaurant platform, the name and some customer reviews suggest it primarily serves Vietnamese cuisine, with pho being a signature dish.

According to one customer, the wait times can be significant. However, this reviewer still rated their experience highly (5 stars), attributing it to the exceptional multitasking and customer service provided by the staff, suggesting that the service quality makes the wait worthwhile. They also mentioned dining with a large family of 20, noting that the dining space, while small, is very clean and can accommodate large parties. Reservations are highly recommended due to the restaurant getting busy. This customer found the food to be delicious and served faster than expected, indicating consistent satisfaction with food quality over multiple visits.

In contrast, another customer reported a highly negative experience with a to-go order. They expressed disappointment with the food quality, describing fermented, rancid, and slimy limes in the bean sprout, jalapeño, and mint package. For their vegetable pho, they found the broccoli to be old, yellowing, and flimsy, and the rice noodles to be old and foul-smelling. The ribeye pho ordered by their husband was also described as slimy and appearing spoiled. Upon contacting the restaurant to speak with the manager and requesting a remake of the meal, the manager reportedly only offered new bean sprouts and refused to remake the entire order. This customer found this response unacceptable for a business focused on food quality and stated they would never eat there again, fearing potential food poisoning due to the perceived spoilage. They strongly advised others against eating at Pho Saigon 8 based on their experience.

Based on these reviews, Pho Saigon 8 seems to have a dedicated customer base who appreciate the service and food quality for dine-in experiences, despite potential wait times. However, there are also serious concerns raised about the quality of food for to-go orders, with allegations of spoiled ingredients and unsatisfactory handling of complaints by the management. Potential local users should consider these contrasting experiences when deciding whether to dine at or order from Pho Saigon 8.

First off... the wait sucks. Why did I still rate it 5-star?! Cause the people who work here are multi-tasking and doing better at providing customer service than most restaurants that are fully staffed. So basically-worth the wait kinda place. I dined here with my family of 20. They have created a small but very clean dining space that accommodates parties of all sizes. But definitely call and reserve ahead of time cause it does get busy. The food came out faster than we expected and all of it was delicious. I wish we took more photos but we were hungry. Overall, this is my first time reviewing this place but we have definitely dined here multiple times and have never been disappointed with the quality of food. 👌

This was my first time ordering from here. I am so disappointed in the quality of the food. I made the order for Togo. When I opened up my been sprout, jalapeño, and mint package I was greeted with fermented limes that were rancid and slimy. For my order, I had gotten the vegetable pho. My broccoli was old, turning yellow and was flimsy. My rice noodles were old and smelled horrible and the ribeye pho my husband ordered was disappointing as well. It looked slimy and on the spoiled side. When I called the restaurant and asked speak to the manager, I asked for a new meal to be prepared. The manager informed me that he would give me new bean sprouts but he would not ask the kitchen to remake the meal. I find this to be odd because as a business owner, you’d want to make sure that your customer is happy with the quality of your product, especially when it comes to the food that you are serving. I will never eat here again. The food was old and spoiled, and if I had eaten it, I surely would’ve ended up with food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Dined in at this location, only got a pic after I was done eating. Food was very delicious! Decent proportions for the cost, I can seriously put away noodles but I could only get through half the bowl. The veggies they gave were nice and fresh. When I visited, it was relatively empty because of the weather so I can't say if it's usually busy or not. I only have two complaints. If you're sat in the booth closest to the kitchen, expect it to be loud because their Bluetooth speaker will be right over your head. Also, the server we had that day gave me the nastiest look when she brought over our food. I was in the middle of a normal conversation with my dining party and I just happened to catch her eye. If it was because I was talking loud, please just tell me or maybe turn down your music. Also, I feel like I shouldn't have to explain this to people who review things, but I see some people complaining about the price. C'mon guys, if you don't wanna pay a bunch of money for pho, don't order the one with fancy meat.

Overpriced for what you get, 18% service charge on top of bill after taxes Although food was decent, everyone in our party thought the bill was waaaay too high $10 for 2 fresh rolls? $16.95 for 10 fried calamari rings? Our bill for 6 bowls of pho and 1 appetizer was $152 There are much better places to eat in Vegas

First time here, came in for lunch, was seated immediately. Menu was big with lots of variety, with most pho bowls around $15-16, which I felt was reasonable for the amount of food. All three of us took home a full quart size to go container. Servers were friendly and attentive.
