Pho Ha Noi

Found this place when another pho place was closed and I was craving pho so bad and I can’t believe this place is only 3.9 stars!! I’ve come here 3 days in a row now and it’s delicious. Service is fast and the flavors are great. Also tried the pan fried dumpling and they were really delicious as well. Definitely worth a try! Very clean and big dining area, absolutely a new favorite of mine. :)

The food is perfect! So fresh and delicious. Good quality food is being served here. The atmosphere is laid back, and quiet. It’s a humble place to dine at. More people should be dining here. It’s my favorite place to get Vietnamese dishes in Gainesville. Prices are reasonable and the service is great.

First time coming to Pho Ha Noi, a friend had recommended the Bun Bo Hue to me and I’d say that the broth is unique compared to other spots in the area that serve this specific soup noodle dish. It’s more on the savory side if that’s what you prefer. Service-wise, very subpar. We were greeted at the front and sat ourselves, no menus were given until I had stood up and asked for 2 menus myself. As seen from the photo, they had not given us any of the typical toppings of the lemongrass, beansprouts, lime slices, and peppers that usually come with this dish, nor did they give us a spoon to drink the soup with. I had to request for this after they had not returned for some time. If I were to comeback it would be to pickup the dish instead of dining-in and ordering from the establishment itself.

This is the best pho in town. Grandma does her broth right. It heals the soul and pairs nicely with a hot Florida summer. Veggie options are available (recommend the P-9) if you’re a a carnivore the T-2 is a go to and staple. The strength of the noodle dishes is definitely the broth. You’re definitely going to be filled up eating here but not in the same way of eating too much heavy food. It’s more of cleaner feeling of content and satisfaction. Service is usually fast but on busy days during the lunch rush it can take some time so be prepared. The restaurant atmosphere is pretty nice and quiet. They have some goldfish that seem to have been living there for centuries. Pricing has gone up but still worth it. Make sure you ask for some of grandma’s chili oil on the side!

A very nice and charming Vietnamese cuisine restaurant here in Gainesville. I absolutely loved the classic beef pho noodle soup, with the beef slices, it was delicious! I recommend this place definitely!
