Pho Fusion + Jasmine Tea

Once again, I order I even called in this time and I still didn’t get extra brisket for my pho not only that but there’s no mint and there’s no beans sprouts. Definitely never ordering here again. I’ve given it four times now. not once did they get the order right absolutely crazy. I mean I literally even called in this time to make sure that they got it right.

Great place. Heard about it on TikTok and they did not disappoint at all. It was Pho-king Pho-nomenal 😅giant portion size, amazing flavors, awesome staff. I’ll most definitely be returning. Everything we had was delicious. Below are pictures. We got the large size and i couldn’t even put a dent in it and i eat a lot hahah.

Lovely spot! My wife and son couldn't get enough of the chicken pho, and I thoroughly enjoyed the pot stickers. A few areas could use a bit of TLC for dining in, but overall, the food and service were top-notch. Definitely worth a visit!

Ordered take out today so this rating is based solely on food. The pho was so mediocre. Meat was tough, partly because it was cut against the grain. Broth lack depth and fragrance.

Today was my first visit to this adorable restaurant. Do not miss the Brussels Sprouts. They were roasted and packed with flavor. I honestly couldn’t stop eating them. We had the chicken wing appetizer which was excellent too. Meat was juicy and Asian sauce on them were good. The crab rangoons were probably the best I’ve ever had. Shrimp and microgreens graced these lovely morsels. They were out of Taro Tea so I got the Jasmine. I asked for 1/2 sugar but they forgot. I didn’t return my drink. I consider myself a Pho aficionado and this Pho was some of the best I’ve ever had. The broth was not greasy and well rounded in flavor. The steak was tender and the tendon was the most delicious Ive ever had. The tendon was full of beefy flavor so much so I thought it may have been bone marrow. Whatever it was, this lady isn’t complaining. The only thing that was off was the fact that they didn’t have any basil to go with the lime, bean sprouts and Jalepeno. Pho isn’t Pho without the aromatics. A bit of advice to the owners, Vietnamese basil is very easy to grow, maybe you can plant some in the front landscape in cases of emergency when your vendor can’t supply you. This restaurant could use a little help with its minimalistic decor, but they are well on their way to becoming a local favorite. Thank you for a great experience.
