Pho Countryside

Pho Countryside is a must-visit for authentic Vietnamese food in Quincy! The restaurant is clean, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the manager at the front welcomed us like family, which made us feel right at home. Ambiance was nice and casual. For our appetizer, we shared the Banh Xeo—perfectly crispy with fresh veggies, absolutely delicious! For our mains, we had the Pho Tai, Pho Saté, and Bun Rieu, and each dish was packed with rich, well-balanced flavors. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and authentic. We will definitely be coming back to try more dishes. Highly recommend!

Great service, passable viet food. Broth was decent for pho, but for that price, it’s ridiculous that there’s so little meat for an extra large. Everywhere else the extra large has bigger portions. The rice dish, the meats were ok, but the fried shrimp paste left much to be desired. Not crispy coming out. Not much other flavor in fish sauce. Overall, go only for convenience otherwise go elsewhere like pho so 1.

Good prices and I always order the pork chop rice plate which comes out the same every-time. I love it ! Their refreshers are pretty good too.

The food was great, and our waiter was super friendly, with chill good vibes!!! He gave me an awesome food recommendation since I only wanted B3 of the 7 course beef. Show me another section where I can make myself spring rolls. Will be back again.

The food here is delicious. Service is *aggressively* good... Asked me for my order before I had opened the menu, and then again when I had only read the headers (it's a large menu). And cleaned up each party member's dish as they finished.
