Pho 8 Vietnamese & Chinese Restaurant

This place is really good. The service is good and feel like home. This place Pho is amazing got to try at least one. Also and appetizers is good.

Love this place. Whenever I come back home to Denver I make it a point to stop here. Quick service, nice dinning area. My favorite bun of all the different places I've tried. The marinated and grilled shrimp is delicious!!

My family ordered the appetizer combo, one seafood combo, and the regular pho combo. They gave us just egg rolls, and what they have advertised for their seafood combo is not what you get! When we called to try to resolve it, they just offered to give us some cheese wontons next time we came in. The image below is their seafood combo. A bunch of cabbage, corn, bok choy, Cabbage and broccoli. There were 3 pieces of shrimp, a mussel, 4 pieces of imitation crab, and 4 half pieces of fish ball.

Food was fresh and very flavorful. The staff was super nice and quick with service. Their shrimp spring rolls were made with a grilled shrimp which was super tasty and so was their peanut sauce. Definitely worth going to during their lunch specials. And reasonably priced. Their Thai tea was super decadent. Sweet but not overly sweet. And their broth was very tasty. The new owner is a lot better than the previous owner. I learned a restaurant doesn't need a gimmick. Less is more and i love locally run restaurants with their own charm.

A hidden gem!!!! My honey and I visited Denver and found this place here near our Airbnb. It was a great experience from the host who was super friendly to the wonderful pho, spring rolls and Thai tea! 10/10 We will definitely be coming back here on our next visit!
