Vermicelli with Beef and egg roll. This was super good and tasty. Ordered via DoorDash and it came with so much flavor. The dipping sauce for the egg-roll was really good with a spicy kick. I would definitely order again or dine in!

We paid about 25% less than the more expensive Pho restaurant down the street, we got more food and have been back 5 times already because it’s better, and cheaper and the quality is very consistent. The pictures are of the food we got AFTER we ate and were packing up to take our leftovers to go!

One of the best pho in Wisconsin I have tasted. I usually get the P3. Rice Noodles with Rare Steak (Large) and for an appetizer the A3. Grilled Pork Roll (Goi Cuon Thit Nuong). The Pho comes with a separate bag of bean sprouts, jalapeños, lime slices, basil, chili sauce, and a brown savory sauce that reminds me of oyster sauce (not sure what it is specifically but tastes amazing with the pho). The grilled pork rolls come with a savory peanut sauce. Highly recommend eating here for delicious authentic Vietnamese food. Portions are huge and the price is right. There is parking if dining inside.

I’m just visiting and wanted to let folks know what a great value Pho Cali is. Being a weary traveler I enjoy small family owned businesses that have good food and local flavors above and beyond your average corporate or chain run establishments. The service was extremely respectful and the portions large and flavorful. Excellent dollar value for food to portion ratio. 🤌

The place could use an update to the interior after all these years. They have inventory and stuff laying around in the open. Definitely sus. Went here because my usual Pho restaurant I go to is closed on Tuesday. The service is average. The staff are friendly. But they don't come back to check on you at all. They do remember their regulars though. So if you come often, they usually hook you up with some nice stuff. The food is average in terms of taste. But offer a good value. Their pho is around $12-15 range. Which is better priced than most other places. One of the guests I went with said the pho broth was too plain and watery. I had the pork chop. Came only with veggies, broth, rice and pork chop. Looked a little raw at some parts. All other places that serve this dish have it with egg, shrimp and another side.
