Always the same... Great food (Pho), served by the owner with very generous portions. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite places to go for years! The Bún bò Huế reminds me of my mom's shortcut recipe. Closest to authentic I can get in Utah. Portion sizes are massive. A couple of reviews pointed out the 'grumpy man' and how run down the place looks. The service really isn't that bad, the man is efficient and does his job well. Maybe something's wrong with me, but I'll take authentic good food over atmosphere and service any day. And again, both of those factors here really aren't bad at all. It's a family business, I'm not expecting a luxury experience.

Probably wouldn’t notice this place just driving by. I saw some reviews and gave it a try. The Pho was really delicious! Definitely recommend trying it out.

The food was delicious. Service is not so great. Went doing lunch hour wasn't busy at all 2 people already in the restaurant plus us. Still had to wait several minutes for our drinks and then finally take our order. Had to wait again for several more minutes for our check. Will go there again for the food will definitely expect to wait alot longer for the food especially if they are busy.

Pho 99 is one of the first Pho restaurants, from which, my love affair with the hot noodle soup began. This place doesn't disappoint. Food was hot and fresh, you are given copious amounts of noodles and they still have one of the lowest prices in the valley!
