High end Chinese food, with more flavor, freshly prepared, and with fantastic service! The service is snappy and friendly. The food comes out very quickly. Everything was delicious, although slightly high in price. The atmosphere is nice. You may not come here every week but it's a great treat once in a while. I got angel hair pasta rice with yellow curry vegetables and pork. I was very happy with my choice. We also got pork soup dumplings for an app which were great. They said it would take 10 minutes to come out and it probably took 8. Also there was no wait at 5:45 on a Friday evening and it looked like they turn over tables very quickly. We will be back!
Great food and service! There was a bit of a wait so we had drinks at the bar, service there was great as well. We ordered salt and pepper squid, pork soup dumplings, beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, garlic eggplant and lo mein with roast pork, delicious!
This restaurant is VERY BUSY. However they turn over tables very quickly. The hostess staff was very kind. The servers were also kind and helped us with any questions and decisions on the menu. The food comes out very fast. Our apps were out within 10 minutes of us ordering and dinner 5 minutes after the apps were taken away. As for the food. For appetizers we ordered pork dumplings, edamame and the calamari. The dumplings were okay, I was not in love. The edamame was good, but you really can’t mess it up. And the calamari was very very salty. For dinner we ordered Mongolian beef and sweet and sour chicken with pineapple. The Mongolian beef was good but definitely not my favorite. I think PF Changs is better to be honest. And the chicken was on the dry side. Also there wasn’t much sauce on them. Overall it was pretty good. I’m willing to give it another shot and try some different dishes just was not happy with what we got.
The place is nice. It’s a good-sized restaurant, and the lunch specials were perfect. I enjoyed the food. The soup was the only thing I didn’t care for, but overall, I would recommend this place to anyone. Peking Pavilion is an exceptional dining experience that truly stands out in the realm of Chinese cuisine. From the moment you step inside, the elegant and modern decor sets a sophisticated ambiance, perfect for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings. The menu is diverse and well-curated, offering a delightful blend of traditional dishes and contemporary interpretations. Each dish is meticulously prepared with fresh ingredients, resulting in vibrant flavors and visually appealing presentations. Standout items include the Peking Duck, which is expertly roasted to perfection with crispy skin and tender meat, and the General Tso's Chicken, which balances sweetness and spice beautifully. Service at Peking Pavilion is attentive and professional. The staff are knowledgeable about the menu and make excellent recommendations, ensuring that each guest's dining preferences are met with care and precision. Overall, Peking Pavilion offers a superb dining experience that combines quality food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. It's a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy high-quality Chinese cuisine.
Went there for the first time today. This place is busy !! On a Wednesday it was packed and very Noisy. I mean it , it can get hard to listen to people on your table. Staff seems to be in a rush looks like they are trying to match speeds of a F1 pit crew 😀. The cutlery was average , mats are paper and wrinkled the table setting is not neat for the type of restaurant they claim to be. Staff is courteous. Coming to food and Drinks: As this was our first time we tried basics of a Chinese restaurant in terms of food: Veggie spring roll - was crispy and full of veggies. Good one to order if you like spring rolls. For main course we ordered velvet shrimp and kungpao chicken . We like our vegetables to be well cooked and slightly softer which we explained to the server she re confirmed. When the dishes came : Shrimp had raw veggies tossed in their warm sauce and kung pao was better done but veggies were also raw here . They do not sauté they just toss in sauce . They took our shrimp back and what came back was even more disappointing, looks like the cook took the veggies and shrimp and put them in boling hot water to blanch and then added back to the plate without readjusting the sauce .. so what we got was a boiled bland dish. They did take it out but you don’t expect boiling hot dish so oops !! I burnt my mouth!! Overall this is an average Chinese place nothing super special as they did not fair well in basics so not sure about more complicated dishes which they do have on their menu.
