A place to do takeout, counter ordering. I wouldn't eat there really Interior needs a refresh. Wobbly tables, busted chairs, neglected bathrooms, dirty ceiling fans. Interior decorations are an afterthought. Food was...fine, but plating and presentation needs attention.

Peking Kitchen has a wonderful variety of food options, all of which are served hot and fresh! Their egg rolls are yummy, and totally packed with the goods. I’m always satisfied and full after eating one of their delicious meals! The owners are also very kind, welcoming, and chipper!

I tried Peking Kitchen for the 1st time Saturday night. When I went to pick up my order the place was empty except for a young man at a table eating and a woman at the counter who completely ignored me while she continued to talk on the phone while my food sat behind her for quite a long time getting cold. Finally the young man came to the counter to give me my order. I decided to put a tip in the tip jar for him helping me and suddenly this rude woman still on the phone acknowledged me being there by nodding her head in replying to my tip. Beyond rude is how I was treated in making me wait and ignoring me. Oh, the sesame chicken combo was aweful, grainy chicken, tasteless rice and a dried out egg roll. I will not be back to this place.

Tried Peking tonight for the first time with my family!!!! It was worth the drive to get it and it won’t be our last time! Absolutely clean restaurant, owners/cashier wearing masks and there’s a sheet up for COVID! Food was absolutely amazing, was seasoned well and still HOT on our 15 minute ride home, so we know everything we ordered was made to order!!! My picture of my food was food already eaten, it was full to the BRIM!! Couldn’t wait to eat lol and everyone else ate their food too quick to even take pictures of their own food!! Just A FYI they don’t take American Express, it’s a small business so we completely understood!! We can’t wait to order something different next time!!

Good, basic American Chinese food. Used to be one of the best values in Whiting... but prices have doubled since covid.
