Pei Wei

There was a 20 minute wait that the cashier informed me of BEFORE ordering which I LOVED. At that point, I was able to choose if I was able to wait. The gentleman who was the cashier was pleasant and friendly. The food was hot and tasted fresh. The fried rice could've used some salt but nothing the soy sauce packets couldn't fix! Wasn't half bad for airport food.

This is the second Pei Wei I have been in. Great food, fast, friendly service. I had the Mongolian Beef and an egg roll. Awesome! Hot, fresh and fast. This Pei Wei is inside the Kas Vegas airport, Harry Reid International. Located by C 19 gate.

What should I expect for $15? In a good way of saying this after a few fast food restaurants at the Venetian Expo. This place is heaven. Portions are good, flavour is fair. The side sauces are of well known brands of the type.

My Wife and I was hungry and found Pei Wei at the airport. We ordered the Mongolian Beef Steak. The beef was tender, the mushrooms, and green onion. The sweet sauce was perfect with the beef. The total was $17.33 tax included. Not bad at all. I Definitely look for Pei Wei in the future travels at the airport. It was a good portion for 2.

Average Chinese take out. They do have a decent seating area and bar. During the lunch rush, the wait time pushed to close to 30 minutes. On the one hand that means the food is being fresh-fired…on the other hand the results are edible, but not exciting. The nuggets of beef in my dish were a little tough; the broccoli was a little sparse. The fried rice was made from parboiled rice that has a distinctive texture. Overall…passable for terminal food…but not something I’m likely to repeat.
