Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

Ordered Pad Thai, chicken dish and crab wonton. The wontons were very taste less. The crab inside was some kind of yellow paste, Just pure yuk. Not fresh. While I was waiting for my food a lady left her half eaten food on the table. Now I know why. The food is extremely oily, tastes fake. Definitely not fresh The chicken dish had raw doughy crust!!! This is why I hate fast food! I’m sorry stay away

Haven't been in a while. Took a friend of mine after hand surgery. So needed quick eats. Service was fast, food was hot and my friend liked it.

Food is always great. Service needs to get fixed at the new location. Ordered online to go order at 6:23. App said it would be ready at 6:32. Waited with a line of other people waiting for their order. Mine was finally ready at 7:00. I wouldn't be negative, but this is the 3rd time ordering since the move and each time was pretty much the same. This is not about the employees, as they were working very hard and very polite. The setup is terrible, the kitchen is much smaller than the old location. It makes it hard to decide if you want to plan on your food being 25 minutes late to pickup and possibly have it cold if you wait at home or go at the time it says and stand in line with everyone else for 30 minutes. 🤔 It's too bad, everything was always great at the old location. Hope they are giving their employees bonuses for having to deal with upset customers all the time for ridiculous operational setup.

Service was top tier! Food was amazing! And the store itself was so nice. Definitely going to be one of my new food spots. Their front of house, Amanda was so kind and helpful! Definitely making me want to go back! Y'all have a new customer for life.
