"Amazing Food at Pei Wei!" Pei Wei never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The casual atmosphere and friendly staff make it a great spot for a quick meal or family dinner. Highly recommend for anyone craving quality Asian cuisine!

Customer service is excellent. Food 0 stars 🌟. I haven't eaten at Pei Wei since they split from PF Changs. The food has dropped in quality, flavor, and portion size. They need to revamp their flavor profile and Beef and Shrimp quality. Fried rice was wet, Beef is chewy, Shrimp seems precooked and dry. I expect their quality to be better than a Mom's and Pops Chinese restaurant, but no. The employees were great but a no to the food. The only thing that tastes the same and that was good are the chicken lettuce wraps.

(I should’ve checked the o/review platform – 3.7) Anyhoo… based on my experience, Pei Wei doesn’t throw out, it takes out – in other words, takeout orders must get the leftovers. ▪️𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗘𝗴𝗴 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹 (#PorkEggRoll: greasy, but overall flavor was okay) ▪️𝗪𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗽 (#WontonSoup: 🤢gritty stock residue with unrecognizable ingredients – probably cross-contamination from another dish; overall flavor, barely okay – but I was hungry) ▪️𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 (#ChickenFiredRice: 🤢chicken is very off, spoiled; overall flavor, meh) ▪️(mis)𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗲𝘀 (🥠, 1 star) ▪️𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 (#CustomerService: FAIL!) It’s been years since my last visit to Pei Wei (another location), BUT this will definitely be my last.

Pei Wei never disappoints! The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the staff at the S. Fry location are exceptional—professional, friendly, and welcoming. And the donuts? Absolutely delicious—perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and just the right amount of sweetness. Thank you for the fantastic experience!

Jose was very patient with me as first time customer and gave me a great understanding of his establishment’s best dishes. On my second visit, Mario was very helpful in securing my experience was pleasant. After I could not find my free entree for joining the app, he struck a compromise with me in giving me the free entree and me paying for one meal. Thanks Mario!!!!
