Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

This location offers a great dining experience with spacious outdoor seating, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, delivering the bold Asian-inspired taste I expected. However, the portion sizes were a bit smaller than anticipated, which was slightly disappointing. Overall, a good choice for quality food and ambiance, but a little more quantity would make it even better.

I came here for opening day with my mom for her birthday and we met Jet Tila, which was amazing. Ive watched him on Cutthroat Kitchen since I was a kid. Anyways, got the Bourbon Chicken before I realized Jet had a dish, but the Bourbon chicken was way better thane expected. It was more sweet than savory, but I enjoyed how soft and juicy the chicken was, and the sear was great. A very hearty dish that left me full for hours.

The Orange Chicken gave me food poisoning requiring medical attention. I contacted the restaurant immediately. Staff seemed disinterested and said the Manager, Alexis would call. No response from her ever. No response from corporate level either. I have always liked Pei Wei Asian food and certainly understand that things happen when dealing with food items but the lack of communication and caring has prompted me not to recommend this location to anyone. Ok, so last month we ordered "crispy" honey chicken dinner. The chicken was mushy and soggy, not fresh & crispy. So we gave it one more chance yesterday....same repeat of the above, soggy and mushy chicken. And the flavor of the sauce is off. They should change their menu description to " Soggy Honey Chicken". For the expensive prices, definately over-rated. We're done. There are better choices.

We visited the Tatum location today and were not only taken wonderful care of by Catherine who was absolutely amazing, but the food was made quickly, correctly, and tasted great. Big shout out to the team that was working earlier today!!
