I got the kung pao chicken with fried rice and it was AMAZING!! The staff here is very friendly and my food came out HOT and quick!!! Highly recommend this location

We actually like this place and we go frequently but today was not such a good experience. First of all the app was really confusing since it's apparently been changed and had a terrible time figuring out how to change my order once I got something started and then I had to sign in again and I've always been able to just go into it and who remembers their password for something like this. But then the order contained two items with brown rice instead of white and the order when we picked it up said that but they both contained White rice. It wasn't worth going back for but it was certainly a disappointing experience all the way around

Visited here on a Monday for lunch around 12:15 pm. First of all it is Pei Wei, so chain food as expected. When I walked it the first thing that I noticed was that it was really, cold inside. It was 57 degrees outside, but inside was colder. Extremely uncomfortable temperature. Did not remove my jacket. There wasn't anyone at the front to take our order. When someone came out, we ordered and sat down. Food was bought out quick enough. General Tso's Spicy chicken was more sweet than spicy. But as I said, food was as expected. They need to turn on the heat. Too uncomfortable to dine there...then again, maybe that is their cost cutting strategy.

Placed an online order through GrubHub with Pei Wei at 267 E Bell Road Phoenix, AZ in 3/25/25 at 12:15. Was told order would be ready at 12:28. Arrived to restaurant. No order ready. Showed manager my order number and my Bank of America account that my bank had deducted $19.39 from my account. Manger didn’t believe me. He went to call his manager. Came out and after telling me what an imposition it was going to said they’d make it for me. Then he went on again that it was going to cost his restaurant to do so. I told him to not bother. So spent almost $20.00, have no food and it’s my birthday! Happy birthday to me. Pei Wei sucks!!!
