Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

My family was in Phoenix for the week. We ordered delivery to the hotel we were at (7 minutes away). The delivery took almost 2 hours. The food was cold, they did not bring half of the order, and the food was terrible. The chicken was overcooked and dry, the noodles were plain with no seasoning or sauce, and the amount of food was not enough for even one meal. It was approximately $16/plate, plus a delivery fee. Very disappointing.

Ordered steak... forced to eat chicken even after paying extra for the steak... Maybe they do deserve the 25% below minimum wage that was proposed.

The amount of meat given for the portion size is insufficient. I have to pay extra for fried rice or noodles. This why I don’t eat out Panda Express is better.

Always looking for alternative to panda. Landed me here. What a treat!! 2 adults 2 children cost us about $70+. 4 meals 4 drinks This is the first mind-boggling thing about the meal the price. In this day and age, everything is outrageously priced. So shouldn't surprise us anymore. Wait, there is more! Food was exceptional. We dined in and was the best choice. The food was hot and just full of flavor. Orange chicken actually had real oranges. Fried rice was not burnt and cooked spot on! We also ordered the new wings and had the mango habanero flavor. Yo, they had actual mango up in there floating around with the drum and legs. Had enough to start a marching bad with them drums and legs and flavor it had. Real Asian flavor, not your mainstream taste. I definitely recommend this spot. The staff was very kind. Don't look like a sucker as I did. There is no garbage cans staff come to pick up your plate. 5 🌟 pei Wei. Stay fresh

I ordered orange chicken and fried rice. I did not pick a delivery service. I just hit their Pei Wei tab. Anyway, about an hour and 10 minutes later the order arrives, but it's chicken wings and french fries. The delivery service they use sent me the wrong meal. When I called Pei Wei to try to discuss the matter the girl that answered the phone acted like she didn't understand what I was telling her. That's awfully possible because the music was playing so loud I don't know who could hear who. After getting nowhere with her I asked for the manager. I get the manager on the telephone, the Sunday night manager, and he basically said he couldn't do anything for me. I told him I was bringing the food that was wrongfully delivered to me to him and I was driving in to pick up my meal. He just wanted to credit the order. I wanted my food. I was starving by this point. Anyway, I had to get into my own car and drive down to this Pei Wei to pick up my own meal. The management did give me $17 in cash, however, my total was more than that. I don't know where they arrived at their figure but my total was $25.15. All in all, this was a horrible experience. I finally got to eat about 2 hours after I placed the order. I have been to many Pei Wei's in the Valley and have never been treated so rudely as I was at this one. Skip this restaurant and go somewhere else. When I did get the food home it was cold. It also looked like they gave me the bad pieces of chicken for my meal. Normally I don't have so much gristle in the chicken. I could only eat about half of it. As to the wrong meal that was delivered to my home, I took my dog for a walk in downtown Phoenix and found two homeless women that were hungry. I gave the french fries and the 5 lb of wings to them. I told them to enjoy. I then walked away.
