Pearl Chinese & Japanese

I absolutely love eating here! I’ve dined in a few times but I get take out more often. I’ve had so many different items from both the Chinese and the Japanese menu and I’ve never been disappointed. Their Chicken Lo Mein is the best I’ve had and I really love their Hawaiian roll too! The staff is always very nice and they always make the food quickly!

Scam Alert! I ordered food. What was a $15 meal was just "Upcharged" because they stated that I "Requested a bigger size." I absolutely did NOT order a different size. They are a scam. I asked for gen tso. I got chicken in water.... Don't buy here.

I love ordering from Pearl. I'm a regular customer, and I feel that they have a very good level of consistency, between great taste, beautiful presentation, and the speed in which they prepare orders. In addition, the fact that they offer both a Chinese and a Japanese food menu means that I get to mix and match. I miss the Cantonese food from San Francisco, so it's a nice place to get my fix. I'm also really happy that they're open late! (Just a note: They're closed on Mondays.) They don't offer delivery, but I feel extremely safe ordering pick-up from them. Their COVID safety procedures are top-notch, and they've built what's basically an airlock system where you can safely pay without coming into contact with anyone. They do a great job all around!

Husband place on order today. The dish he ordered for me was house special ho fun. Disappointed that they gave him Mei fun instead 😔. Im not one to complain but was very salty too.

The quality of the food has went downhill alot over the last year. Super greasy, salty & everything taste like recycled cooking oil that they have recycled repeatedly. $80 worth of food was practically thrown out bc it all tasted & smelled like it was cooked with fish. Not the 1st occurrence unfortunately. Staff is always nice but food is a no.
