About Peace China

Welcome to Peace China, a Chinese restaurant located at 802 Semart Dr #106, Raleigh, NC 27604, USA. For local users seeking a Chinese dining experience that offers exceptional value and incredibly generous portions, Peace China appears to be a noteworthy option. Based on customer reviews, this establishment has garnered attention for its affordability, the sheer size of its servings, and the overall quality and flavor of its dishes. While one review offers a slightly more mixed perspective, the prevailing sentiment highlights Peace China as a place where you can get a substantial amount of delicious food without breaking the bank.

One of the most frequently praised aspects of Peace China is the remarkable size of its portions. Customers consistently express surprise and satisfaction with the quantity of food received. One reviewer exclaimed, "Wow! Peace China is a true hidden gem! The portions here are absolutely incredible - when they say generous servings, they mean it." They further illustrated this point by noting that their sweet and sour chicken order could have easily fed two people, and it was priced lower than similar dishes at other Chinese restaurants in the vicinity. This emphasis on large servings suggests that Peace China offers excellent value for those with a hearty appetite or those looking to have leftovers for future meals.

The concept of value for money at Peace China extends beyond just the quantity of food. Customers also commend the reasonable prices, especially in relation to the substantial portions received. One reviewer stated, "The value for money is outstanding. Not only do you get these massive portions at reasonable prices..." This combination of affordability and generous servings makes Peace China an attractive choice for budget-conscious diners who do not want to compromise on the amount of food they receive.

Importantly, the positive feedback regarding value does not come at the expense of food quality. According to reviews, the dishes at Peace China are generally fresh, served piping hot, and bursting with flavor. One customer specifically mentioned, "...the food quality doesn't suffer at all. Everything was fresh, piping hot, and bursting with flavor." This suggests that Peace China prioritizes both the quantity and the quality of its food, ensuring a satisfying culinary experience. The fried rice was even highlighted as being substantial enough to be a meal on its own, indicating its generous portion size and flavorful preparation.

Another notable feature of Peace China, as pointed out by a satisfied customer, is the ample amount of meat included in their dishes. They appreciated that the restaurant did not "skimp on the meat," providing a good balance of protein and other ingredients. This is a significant factor for many diners who value a substantial amount of meat in their Chinese entrees. The reviewer also mentioned that the leftovers from their meal made for an "amazing lunch the next day," further underscoring the generous portion sizes.

However, it is important to present a balanced view based on all available feedback. One reviewer had a more mixed experience. While they acknowledged that the food was "good," they indicated that they "probably wouldn't go back." Their specific criticisms included the General Tso's chicken not being crunchy and somewhat tough, and the fried rice being flavorful but also quite greasy. They also felt that the price was a "touch expensive for the price," which contrasts with the other reviewer's strong emphasis on value. On a positive note, this reviewer found the egg rolls to be "very good and crispy," suggesting that some items on the menu are particularly well-received.

The contrasting opinions in the reviews highlight that individual experiences can vary. While the majority of the feedback emphasizes generous portions and good value, potential customers should be aware that certain dishes might not meet everyone's expectations in terms of texture or preparation style. The comment about the fried rice being greasy is something to consider for those who prefer less oily dishes.

Based on the available information, Peace China's key features include: incredibly generous portion sizes, affordable prices offering excellent value for money, generally fresh and flavorful food, a good amount of meat in their dishes, and particularly well-regarded crispy egg rolls. The environment and specific services offered (such as dine-in, takeout, or delivery) are not detailed in the provided reviews. Similarly, there is no mention of any specific promotional offers currently available.

In conclusion, Peace China in Raleigh appears to be a Chinese restaurant that stands out for its commitment to providing large portions at reasonable prices, resulting in a strong perception of value among many of its customers. The food is generally described as fresh and flavorful, with ample meat in the dishes. While there is one review that noted some issues with the General Tso's chicken and the greasiness of the fried rice, as well as a feeling that the price was slightly high, the overall positive sentiment regarding portion size and value suggests that Peace China is worth considering for those seeking a substantial and affordable Chinese meal in Raleigh. The crispy egg rolls are also a noted highlight. For local users looking for a Chinese restaurant where you get a lot of food for your money, Peace China seems to deliver on that promise.

Wow! Peace China is a true hidden gem! The portions here are absolutely incredible - when they say generous servings, they mean it. My sweet and sour chicken could have easily fed two people, and I paid less than I would at other Chinese restaurants in the area. The value for money is outstanding. Not only do you get these massive portions at reasonable prices, but the food quality doesn't suffer at all. Everything was fresh, piping hot, and bursting with flavor. The fried rice alone could be a meal itself! I especially loved how they didn't skimp on the meat in the dishes - you get plenty of protein, not just filler. The leftovers made for an amazing lunch the next day. If you're looking for delicious Chinese food that won't break the bank and will keep you fed for days, Peace China is the place to go. A real bargain that doesn't compromise on taste or quality!

It was good, but I probably wouldn't go back. The general tso wasn't crunchy and kinda tough. The fried rice has good flavor but was pretty greasy. It was also a touch expensive for the price. The egg rolls were very good and crispy.

The food is AMAZING . I think it’s one of the best Chinese restaurants in Raleigh. I’ll recommend the Lo Mein Beef + spring rolls + crab Rangoons and fried rice. I love that the restaurant is very clean and the staff very friendly

This WAS my go to Chinese food spot. I went in one day and was charged twice for my meal. I noticed it in my bank account the following day. When I called to make the manager aware of what happened, he argued with me and told me that I purchased the same meal twice. I guess with that, he called me a liar. I haven’t been back since. I told all my friends and family what happened to me there. They will too not go back. Peace China- I hope that $11.00 was worth it. ✌🏽
