Always love coming here for Chinese food. With the family for those special days, food is always great. Only a little hiccup recently was that they did not accept the stamped coupon voucher because it was 2 months old

Great location, the portions are very good, friendly staff and not too expensive. The flavor is consistent 👌 😋. Must try.

Business must be held accountable when serving the public. Respect, honesty, dignity and integrity is priceless. Without any customers, they would not have a business. There’s a saying in the service business “treat a customer right and you will always have a customer’s delight sharing their experience with others when dining at your place of establishment.

The price per portion (it's hard to finish the whole dish) is just right, and the food itself is delicious. I'm also incentivized to go again because they occasionally hand out stamp card that earn a free Combo B after ten stamps.

I usually enjoy dining at PanPan Wok locations, but my experience at the Oceanside one was absolutely terrible. The food was fine, but the service and treatment I received were shocking. The older woman working there was kind and polite, but the owner, an older Chinese man, was extremely rude. He seemed to assume that because I was Hispanic, I couldn’t understand Chinese, so he started talking badly about me to the staff in Chinese. He was calling me broke and making rude comments about how I was sharing meals with my kids and that they were using too many napkins and too much sriracha sauce. This behavior is not only disrespectful but completely unprofessional. I’ve never had an issue like this at other PanPan Wok locations in San Diego, and I will never be returning to the Oceanside branch. I can't support a place where the owner treats customers with such disrespect. It's clear he doesn’t care about customer service or making people feel welcome.
