About Panka Peruvian Bistro

Panka Peruvian Bistro is a restaurant located at 167 Westchester Ave in Port Chester, NY. While it is identified as a Peruvian Bistro, it's worth noting that one customer specifically highlighted their exceptional fried rice.

According to customer reviews, Panka Peruvian Bistro offers "great food" and boasts a "huge Menu," suggesting a wide variety of options for diners to choose from. The service has also been described as "good," contributing to a positive dining experience for some patrons.

One enthusiastic reviewer went as far as to say they had the "best fried rice I ever had" at this establishment, which could be a significant draw for those who enjoy this particular dish.

However, one potential point of consideration for customers is the kitchen's operating hours. One reviewer attempted to place a pickup order at 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday, only to be informed that the kitchen was already closed, despite their Google listing indicating a 10:00 p.m. closing time. The staff member clarified that the kitchen stops operating at 9:30 p.m. This discrepancy led to a negative customer service experience. Therefore, it may be advisable to confirm the kitchen hours directly with the restaurant, especially for late orders.

If you are in the Port Chester, NY area and looking to explore Peruvian cuisine, or if you are a fan of exceptional fried rice, Panka Peruvian Bistro may be worth a visit. You can contact them at (914) 481-5424 or +1 914-481-5424 for inquiries or to make a reservation.

Was passing by that fatherhood and was surprised by that Peruvian place. The food is great, huge Menu and good service. Best fried rice I ever had.

I attempted to place an order for pickup at 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday, but was informed that the establishment was already closed. I brought to the attention of the individual who answered the phone that their Google listing indicated a closing time of 10:00 p.m., to which they responded that the kitchen ceases operations at 9:30 p.m. This is absolutely poor customer service. If the establishment is unable to accommodate food orders beyond a certain time, it should be reflected accurately on their Google listing to avoid confusion and inconvenience for potential customers.

The food is amazing but the service is horrendous. 3 times we've ordered from this place on a weekend when chicken is supposedly sold out - I don't get it or understand how on a weekend when you know it's going to be busy. Not only did they sell out but they don't ever update their apps(ubereats) to reflect it. I've ordered and had to wait 30 mins for them to decide it's sold out and cancel my orders without calling. Other places will typically call you immediately but not this place. They have workers that speak english but they don't work the phones...which makes no sense. The area is changing so let's get some people that speak both languages and focus on basic customer service.

The place has a nice atmosphere and the food was very good. I had lomo saltado which I enjoyed her much. The service was very attentive and I highly recommend this restaurant. The menu is more seafood than for the land lovers which I am but there are things to choose from, there are also things on the menu for the vegetarians which I never saw before in a Peruvian restaurant. They took typical dishes and substituted for the meat with for example in the tacu tacu a lo pobre with portobello mushrooms for steak. Definitely a place you might want to try out.
