Based on recent customer feedback, experiences at this Panera Bread location appear to be mixed. One recent diner enjoyed their dinner, specifically mentioning the delicious chili bowl and an exceptional cappuccino prepared by a helpful and kind cashier named Devin. This positive review indicates friendly service and enjoyable food and beverage options.
However, another customer with a longer history of visiting this location has observed a decline over the past six years. This review mentions shabby service and soup that was good in flavor but served cool. Cleanliness was also noted as an issue by this reviewer. A positive aspect mentioned was the pleasant outdoor patio seating arrangement, particularly enjoyable in cooler weather.
Overall, the reviews suggest that while some customers experience delicious food and friendly service, particularly highlighting specific items like the chili and cappuccino, others have concerns about the service and cleanliness of the establishment. The outdoor seating is a consistently positive feature. If you are in the Tarpon Springs area and looking for a cafe with a casual dining atmosphere and outdoor seating, Panera Bread offers a variety of options. Customer Reviews
I came to dine in for dinner with my aunt and the food was delicious! Our cashier was Devin and he was so helpful and kind. I ordered the chili bowl and it was amazing 🤩 Afterwards I ordered a cappuccino and Devin did an amazing job, hands down the best cappuccino I've ever had. Definitely will be returning.
Been popping in and out for past 6 years and it keeps going downhill. Service is shabby, soup was good albeit on the cool side. Place is not kept clean but the only positive aspect is the outside patio seating arrangement, always pleasant in cooler weather. Overall, Panera has deteriorated in the past 12 years.
Me and my partner are big Panera fans, usually we stick with ubering it to our house. Today is Sunday and we decided to get out of the house, (me having anxiety issues limits that, along with work). We come in, Smells great, super hungry. Me and my partner walk up to the register, to find Mia there to take our order, I start to go ahead with what we wanted, a sandwich to be exact. I did get a chance to verbalize what I wanted excluded from the sandwich, however, not before being somewhat rushed at every item requested. We then paid, I order 2 chocolate croissants (they're my FAVORITE). Mia hands me one, not two regular croissants. Ok, no big deal, I simply say oh no, I said 2 chocolate croissants. She rolled her eyes and basically snatched the bag back and walked to replace the wrong items. But it was her attitude towards her own mistake, I wasn't complaining. I just wanted to correct it. I felt that coming here, to a place that we truly enjoy dining from would be a good experience. Mia, I'm sorry you heard me wrong. But you shouldn't represent the company you work for like this, I know I wouldn't dare treat someone like that at my firm. And now, we are just finding out that our order has been sitting on the counter for 15 mins and we had to physically check ourselves. We asked them how long it had been sitting there, they said 15 minutes. Which to be honest it was about 17 or 18. I went and asked Mia personally while my partner asked the guys on the order pick up side if we could get an update on our order. So the manager finally gave us a refund, but Mia, you're very unprofessional and you never know what someone is going through. Treat others how you would want someone to treat someone that you care about. Update: After getting home with our cold food, we go to heat it up and find that the sandwich was made completely different from how we requested it. On purpose, who knows, at this point. Had we not received a refund, we would be home with inedible food and the store is now closed. We dine with Panera through Uber at LEAST once, sometimes twice, a week, and this is completely unlike any experience we've ever had there before. Panera, do better. See attached receipt and photo of sandwich with ingredients the receipt clearly says NO to.
I joined the Sip Club about a year ago and enjoy the charged lemonade. With a lawsuit pending regarding the caffeine content they have placed this self serve product behind the counter. Recently it has become a hassle trying to get service and asking for a combo of 2 flavors. The staff is friendly and busy but overwhelmed at times. The food isn't my favorite but the Bakery items are delicious. Their prices are high and the muffins are smaller than a year ago. My biggest pet peave is the dirty floors and the dirty tables. Area businesses having enough staff is a problem and good employees are hard to find. They do offer catering which is very popular and deliver through the Uber and Doordash app. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.
I love Panera. Sip club member. However this location is the only one that kicks you out at closing. First off they close at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday nights when the one by my house closes at 9:00. Even still they go around to remind you that they close at 8:00. Doesn't matter if you walk in right before 8:00 and place your order, they want you out of the building at that exact hour. Unlike any other Panera I've been to at closing time. Or any other restaurant for that matter. Usually you're allowed to stay in the dining area until you're done eating. Happened twice to me in the last month, both times on a Sunday night. All restaurants have closing duties, employees don't leave the building right at the hour of closing so why not let the patrons finish their food and drinks before leaving? I believe they do this so they can crank up the stereo during their closing duties. The first time it happened the radio was turned on real loud! Like I said when I started, did not experience this at any other Panera. And I've closed many of them around the Bay area.
