Panera Bread

Bad customer service, the servicer wa. She gave me the order without the bread side and when I went back to get it she pull a piece by her hand and handed it to me without plate. They put 2 order in one small plate and gave me the side in my hand. The staff will make you feel unwelcome to dine in. They look like they are forced to work and they don’t get paid.

The girl was extremely rude. Upon asking her if it was for my name, she goes “maybe” in a rude tone. I also asked her for a bigger cup for water because I have to put my medicine in water and she tried to tell me I had to pay for it. I asked for her to get the manager and she claimed the manager would have the same response. She stormed back into the kitchen with attitude, got her manager, and her manager ended up giving me a bigger sized cup. She clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed and should not be the one working directly with guests.

I have time during my workday to come sit and relax in this Panera. This is my go to place for coffee and quiche! Everyone who works here is so pleasant and nice. A lot of businesses could learn from them.

I just ordered lunch here and had it delivered, and I am not very happy with how my sandwich showed up. I asked for extra sauce because they usually only put on a little bit, and the employee totally went overboard. They covered the entire sandwich on both sides, and it was leaking out the sides. To top it off, the bread was all mushy, and they left off the lettuce. It is extremely frustrating when you pay over $20 for a half and sandwich and half a salad, and this is how it shows up.

AVOID!! Our family visited there today & all 3 of us ended up with some sort of upset stomach later in the day. We each had something different to eat (mac & cheese, chicken avocado BLT & steak dipper sandwich).
