Panera Bread

I pulled up to the drive-thru at 8:50 p.m. on Friday evening they close at 9:00 p.m. I asked for a grilled chicken and avocado. BLT and was told unfortunately they "only offer a few select soups this late at night. Because they close soon." I said, but you're open until 9:00 shouldn't your full menu be available until then? I was told "unfortunately it's not because they donate all of their bread at the end of the evening which they need to do a few minutes before closing." That's your financial loss Panera. I will not be returning to this location. Very disappointing and frustrating. It makes very little sense to me. If you're going to be open till 9:00, serve your full menu till 9:00 or list on your menu screen that you stop serving a full menu 15 to 20 minutes before close.

there was chunks of chicken and what appears to be corn in my salad dressing cup… im a vegetarian so I ordered the ceaser salad with no chicken and I replaced the ceaser with green dressing… very disgusted.

Zero accountability of their orders online rapid pickup from shelf and they could care less of that a customer just had their 45.00 worth of food stolen infront of them. Do not order rapid pickup, pick it up at the drive through because they keep the food back there with and that is the only place they keep accountability of. The girl at the front said that she saw someone acting suspicious and was circling their area for a while before coming in and taking the food, but it wasn't enough to raise a red flag when the random girl in the blue shirt picked it up and left with it. The only person that showed compassion and care was the girl upfront, everyone else to include the manager acted like they couldn't be bothered by it.

Edward the store manager is EXTREMELY RUDE! He gives me issues with EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY ORDERS! Constantly being aggressive nasty and rude about small things. Messes up my order CONSTANTLY!!!!!!!! To the point that I can’t even get it fixed through corporate anymore. I’ve filed SEVERAL complaints!!!!! I have no issues with the women on staff.. There are two WHITE male (I’m assuming managers) who are always nasty and rude whenever I order from there. I will continue to report this place until they get a new store manager!!!!!!!!!!! He instructs his employees to be nasty and rude to me and actually told me over the phone TODAY!!!! I wish I could have my orders delivered from Gurnee!!!!

As usual they were out of stock of my first and second choices of bagels. I ordered my third choice and they dropped it on the floor. Then they told me that was all gone as well. I asked for my money back, they refunded my money for the order, but and the tip. Evidently they expect tips whether or not they even give you anything to eat or drink.
