About Panda Paradise

Panda Paradise, located at 2012 N Riverside Ave L in Rialto, California, is a Chinese restaurant that caters to local users seeking a variety of Chinese cuisine within the "Chinese Restaurant" platform category. They can be contacted at (909) 875-3663 or via their mobile number +1 909-875-3663 for inquiries or to place orders.

Based on recent customer reviews, the dining experience at Panda Paradise appears to be somewhat inconsistent, with contrasting opinions regarding the environment, food quality, and overall value. It is essential for potential customers to consider both the positive and negative feedback to form a comprehensive understanding of what this establishment offers.

One customer reported a negative experience, starting with an "uninviting" ambiance upon entering the restaurant. They noted that "tables were visibly dirty, with remnants of past meals scattered around," which raised concerns about the cleanliness standards of the kitchen. Due to this unsatisfactory environment, the customer opted for takeout. However, their experience with the food was also underwhelming. They ordered Fried Rice, Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, and Kung Pao Chicken, describing the taste as "quite ordinary, lacking the bold flavors and fresh ingredients that one typically anticipates from a Chinese restaurant." Furthermore, they felt that the prices were "steep for what we received," leading to a perception of poor value. This reviewer concluded by expressing a lack of recommendation for Panda Paradise at that time, suggesting that improvements were needed in both cleanliness and culinary offerings, and indicated no immediate plans for a return visit.

In stark contrast, another customer reported an "exceptional dining experience" at Panda Paradise. They found the ambiance to be "warm and inviting," a direct contradiction to the previous reviewer's impression. This suggests that the environment might be perceived differently by various patrons or that there could be inconsistencies in the restaurant's upkeep.

The second reviewer also praised the service, describing it as "top-notch" with an "attentive" server. This positive feedback on service stands in contrast to the negative experience with the environment reported by the first reviewer, indicating a potential strength in customer interaction at Panda Paradise.

Regarding the food, this reviewer found it to be "outstanding, with each dish expertly prepared and presented." They specifically highlighted the "spicy wings" as being "spicy and savory," and the "egg rolls" as "crispy and delicious." The inclusion of "fortune cookies" at the end of the meal was also noted as "a lovely touch," suggesting attention to detail in the overall dining experience for some customers.

This positive review also commented on the pricing, stating that the prices were "very reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes." This directly contradicts the first reviewer's feeling that the food was overpriced for the quantity and quality received. The second reviewer even provided a "Price range" of "Moderate ($15-$25 per entree)," which can help potential customers gauge the cost. They also listed their "Favorite dishes" as Kung Pao chicken, beef and broccoli, and egg rolls, offering specific recommendations for those interested in trying these items.

Ultimately, the second reviewer gave a strong recommendation for Panda Paradise to anyone "craving authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine" and explicitly stated, "Will I return?: Absolutely!" This enthusiastic endorsement provides a significantly different perspective on the restaurant.

Considering these two contrasting reviews, it is challenging to form a definitive picture of the environment, services, and food quality at Panda Paradise. The environment was described as both messy and uninviting by one customer and warm and inviting by another. The service was praised as top-notch by one reviewer, while the other focused more on the negative aspects of the environment and food. The food was deemed ordinary and overpriced by one, and outstanding with generous portions and reasonable prices by the other.

Given this divergence in experiences, potential local users might find it beneficial to consider these varying perspectives. The positive review highlights the spicy wings and egg rolls as particularly enjoyable, along with the Kung Pao chicken and beef and broccoli as favorite dishes. The moderate price range suggested by this reviewer could also be a factor for those mindful of cost.

No specific promotional information was mentioned in either of the provided customer reviews. It is common for Chinese restaurants to offer lunch specials, family meal deals, or other promotions. Local users interested in potential discounts or special offers at Panda Paradise are advised to contact the restaurant directly at (909) 875-3663 to inquire.

In conclusion, Panda Paradise in Rialto presents a mixed bag of customer experiences. While one reviewer found the environment unclean and the food underwhelming and overpriced, another described the ambiance as warm, the service as top-notch, and the food as outstanding with reasonable prices and generous portions. The favorite dishes mentioned include Kung Pao chicken, beef and broccoli, spicy wings, and egg rolls. The price range is suggested to be moderate ($15-$25 per entree). Due to these contrasting opinions, local users might want to approach Panda Paradise with cautious optimism or consider trying it themselves to form their own judgment. For any information on the current environment, specific services offered (like dine-in, takeout, or delivery), unique features, or ongoing promotions, direct contact with the restaurant is recommended.

I recently visited Panda Paradise on North Riverside Avenue in Rialto, and unfortunately, the experience was anything but paradise. Upon walking in, the ambiance felt uninviting— tables were visibly dirty, with remnants of past meals scattered around, which left me questioning the cleanliness standards of the kitchen. Given the unsatisfactory environment, we opted for takeout instead. We ordered Fried Rice, Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, and Kung Pao Chicken, hoping to salvage the evening. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. While it was edible, everything tasted quite ordinary, lacking the bold flavors and fresh ingredients that one typically anticipates from a Chinese restaurant. To top it off, the prices seemed steep for what we received, making it hard to justify the spend. I would love to be able to recommend this place, but the combination of a messy dining area and underwhelming, overpriced food left a lot to be desired. Hopefully, Panda Paradise can work on improving both their cleanliness and culinary offerings. For now, I’d suggest exploring other dining options in the area. Not coming back to this place anytime soon!

Rates B for minor and major violations. This is my 3rd time here, first time was in 2019. I was satisfied, unfortunately its not as good anymore. Rice was bland, no flavor and hardly any veggies. Spicy orange chicken was soggy but flavor was ok. I noticed an employee sitting down, while floors, tables and counter was very dirty. Let's not talk about under the soda machine :/ This will be my last time here.

Was here yesterday. My go to place in SB is closed for renovation, so had to find an alternative. This was the closest for the time we had. I had the 2 entrée combo, Kung Pao and Brocoli Beef, with Chow Mein only. My Friend had 3 entree, fried rice and chow mein. We also tried a veggie eggroll and chicken, i believe. We tried some of the oil with chili sauce. First off it felt a bit overpriced for what we had, we paid $35. Also for my friends Entree, the third item should've been placed in a separate container. It was spread over the top of food below. The egg rolls were subpar, at least the meat one, didn't taste like it. Chili sauce didn't taste like nothing more than what it is, oil and chili. My food was Average tasting, nothing over the top. I tried some of my friends Orange Chicken, i felt that one tastier and a good crunch to it. Noodles were a bit greasier than what I like. As far as freshness, its hard to say, we got there 15 mins before close time, so they're not gonna be cooking anything at that time. Most likely won't visit this place again. For the price and taste, someone might be better off going to Panda Express. Just not for me. But i do gotta say, Lady Owner was polite.
