About Panda House

Welcome to Panda House, your neighborhood Chinese restaurant situated at 82 Nagle Ave in the vibrant Upper Manhattan area of New York City. As a Chinese Restaurant, Panda House aims to serve the local community with a variety of Chinese culinary offerings. While specific details about the restaurant's ambiance and comprehensive services are not extensively available in the provided information, customer feedback offers insights into aspects such as food quality, service speed, and affordability.

Based on recent customer reviews, Panda House presents a mixed experience. One customer who ordered the sesame chicken with pork fried rice reported a negative experience with the food itself. They described the pork fried rice as "meh," indicating a lack of satisfaction. More concerningly, the sesame chicken was described as "not good," with the customer noting a slightly sour taste coupled with excessive oiliness. This negative feedback on a popular dish suggests potential inconsistencies in food preparation or ingredient quality that prospective customers may want to consider.

On a more positive note from the same review, the service at Panda House was described as "fine and fast." This indicates that the restaurant prioritizes efficiency in processing orders and serving customers, which can be a significant advantage for those seeking a quick meal. Additionally, the affordability of Panda House was highlighted as a positive aspect. Offering budget-friendly options can make it an attractive choice for individuals and families looking for an economical dining solution in the area.

However, another customer review brought attention to an issue concerning customer service. This review mentioned that while one female staff member provided satisfactory service, a male employee was described as "not nice" and providing "horrible customer service." The reviewer, who identified as a long-term customer of several years, expressed concern that if this situation did not improve, Panda House risked losing loyal patrons. This feedback underscores the importance of consistent and positive customer interactions in maintaining a strong local reputation.

Considering these direct customer accounts, Panda House appears to be a Chinese restaurant that offers affordability and quick service as key features. However, there seem to be concerns regarding the consistency and quality of certain food items, as indicated by the negative review of the sesame chicken and pork fried rice. Furthermore, the negative feedback about the customer service provided by a specific male employee raises potential concerns about the overall dining experience for some customers.

The provided information does not offer any details about the environment of Panda House. Without visuals or descriptions, it is difficult to ascertain the restaurant's decor, cleanliness, or overall atmosphere. Similarly, specifics regarding services such as dine-in availability, takeout procedures, or delivery options are not mentioned. Potential customers may need to contact the restaurant directly or rely on additional online resources to gather this information.

Furthermore, there is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. Details about any special offers, discounts, or loyalty programs that Panda House might offer to attract or retain customers are absent. Local users interested in potential deals would need to inquire with the restaurant directly via phone at (212) 569-5200 or +1 212-569-5200.

In conclusion, Panda House, located at 82 Nagle Ave in New York City, is a Chinese restaurant that is noted for its affordable prices and fast service. However, potential customers should be aware of recent feedback indicating potential issues with the quality of certain dishes, such as the sesame chicken and pork fried rice, as well as concerns raised about the customer service provided by at least one staff member. While the restaurant may offer a convenient and budget-friendly option for some, it is advisable for prospective diners to consider these recent experiences when making their decision. I ordered sesame chicken with pork fried rice. The rice was meh but the chicken was just not good. Felt slightly sour but also too oily. The service was fine and fast, and it's affordable, but I'm never coming here again.

Had a great experience today! I didn’t know how to order the food I was sent to get as I am not familiar with Taco Bell food and a employee named Lisa was extremely helpful and seemed so happy to help! She made the whole thing easier. I should also mention the male co-worker that was also with her as he was also extremely helpful.
