Best Chinese delivery I've had since I moved to Philly 4 years ago. The beef with onions and bell peppers was SO GOOD! The meet was tender and there was plenty of sauce. Same goes for the General Tso's chicken, and the Walnut shrimp. Excellent food! Edit: It Was great, that one time, but I'm so insulted by my last two orders that I am changing my review. There is so much promise here, and I was excited about their food, and then I got watered down sweet and sour sauce and cold chicken, and items left off my order...

Absolutely love both the general tso shrimp and general tso chicken. Delicious!! The establishment is very clean. Panda Garden City Restaurant gets five ⭐ stars for all around great service with an extensive menu of excellent dishes prepared.

Had to wait 2 hours for food that was supposed to be delivered in 50 minutes . Cost me over $30.00 for the 3 things I ordered and a $ 4.25 already included. Sesame chicken had ketchup for sauce , general soa chicken was no better and portions were small . If you really want delicious Chinese food with generous portions and reasonably priced plus delicious shrimp rolls go to Tru's Chinese food cart located at 39th between Market and Filbert Street. They are open everyday from 9 am to 2 pm ,Monday to Friday. You will not be disappointed ! Take Market Street to 39th make a right on to 39th , first food cart on the right is Tru,s Chinese food cart . Enjoy , you'll be glad you went 😊 🙂 ☺️ 😌 😉 🙏.

I ordered the house lo mein and it tasted very bland to me. Also, the bowl was on the small side.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years, and, their food is excellent. The place within itself is clean, warm, and, welcoming, and, the staff is nice. Every time I come down center city I try to grab something to eat from here!!! Even their chicken noodle soup is something special!!!!
