Thank You for the Excellent Customer Service! I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding customer service I received during my recent order of 25+ plates for pick-up. I specifically requested that each plate be labeled, and I was thrilled that my request was met promptly and accurately. Thank you very much for your quick and exceptional service! I walk in and I'm greeted by the staff. Everyone is very professional and productive. They had fresh orange chicken on the line and I waited 5 min, max. EXCELLENT SERVICE! TWO THUMBS UP! Thank you for your service.

Recently I've been to this location on three different occasions for lunch. Also we had Panda Express recently catered at work. The food has generally been excellent. I've tried the orange chicken (their classic) and the teriyaki chicken. Both have been excellent. In fact the chicken teriyaki has been done perfectly each time which is not necessarily an easy thing to do. I also got the Chow Mein noodles instead of rice and that has been fine except for one time when it was a little on the greasy side. The service each time has been excellent, and the timing to get the order has been exceptionally fast. My only complaint is how they finalized the order and quality control it before they put it in the bag. Each time I've ordered the chili sauce and the teriyaki sauce to be included. The first time that I ordered no sauces were included and I didn't find out until I left the location. The second time I ordered I asked for the chili sauce and Teriyaki sauce at the pick up counter and lucky I did because, once again, no sauces in the bag. The third time I got the teriyaki sauce but no chili sauce. Relatively minor issues but it would be nice to be sure that the orders are complete. Seems it should be a simple fix. But from now on, I'm always going to ask for extra sauce packets at the counter whenever I go back.

This was a takeout order, BTW. So first - I usually love panda express and are very familiar with their food. We ordered orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, egg rolls and had side of rice and noodles with our order. The teriyaki chicken was very bland and VERY rubbery - like it had been cooked and left for a very, very long time. The orange chicken was fine - no surprises. The egg rolls - greasy and a strange almost fishy taste. Like the oil had gone waaay too long without changing. As a brand and chain Panda is excellent. This place, however - a very different story. Great location and great opportunity... But really need to improve food quality. Overall... Yuck!

I order super green , walnut shrimp and chicken teriyaki and they out of super green , im waiting for 20min and they still dont make it and give me the old one , chicken teriyaki still raw , the food not for people eat , never come this place again and 👎
