Panda Express consistently delivers on its promise of flavorful food. Every bite of their signature dishes, like Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef, bursts with taste, leaving a satisfying impression that brings you back for more. The staff during my visit were polite and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience. Additionally, the store itself appeared well-maintained, with clean floors and a tidy food preparation area. However, the overwhelming demand during peak hours posed a significant challenge. The restaurant was bustling with a long line of walk-in customers and numerous DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers waiting near the cashier for takeout orders. This congestion led to an overwhelming atmosphere for in-restaurant diners, creating some discomfort. While the high demand speaks volumes about the popularity of Panda Express, it also exposed gaps in operational efficiency and staff training. The lack of proactive organization among workers contributed to delays and a sense of disorder at the counter. It’s clear that management needs to prioritize better staffing strategies, especially during peak times. A dedicated team to handle online orders separately from walk-in customers could streamline operations and improve the experience for everyone. Additionally, experienced leadership is needed to instill a sense of urgency and organization among the staff, ensuring smoother workflow and enhanced customer satisfaction. Ultimately, while the food and staff deliver on taste and hospitality, the brand could greatly benefit from operational improvements to match its excellent culinary reputation.

This store is supposed to open at 10am, per the sign on the door, but I don't think the employees know that. I showed up at 10:10 and doors were locked. An employee walked as slow as possible over to unlock it with an annoyed look on her face. I went to the counter where there was no food prepared. Why on God's green earth wouldn't you say that at the door? I left and came back a little after 10:30 and they had managed to get out 3 meat options and rice. I stood at the counter for quite a while while waiting for the employees there to stop talking on their phones. Another employee came in and I swear I've never seen someone move so slowly in my life, it was actually impressive. Finally one came over and greeted me by saying "card or cash?" I guess "hello" and completing a full sentence are too complicated. She then asked if I was ready. No lady, I'm just standing here for entertainment. After ordering she brought my food to the cash register and said "she will be out in a few minutes." So I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally another girl came out and rang me out without even acknowledging my existence. After she told me the price I said I wanted a drink and that was apparently a problem. Everyone in this location moves so slowly it's hard to describe and they have terrible attitudes. It was like being in a bizarre world, I couldn't believe how slowly they even scoop the food. I suggest checking out this location just to see how bad the employees are, it's almost like an art exhibit about what life would be like if you slowed everything down to 1/4 speed. Just go sit and watch them, you will be amazed at the incompetence.

The night crew workers that was on the front line on April 2nd 2025 are to lazy to wait for more product to be done , I’m pretty sure they gave my food away in the first place because I got the message that it was ready but she looked at me crazy when I came to pick it up . So they remade it and we’re laughing about the amount they put on the plate gave me because it wasn’t enough beef . Then tried to give me my food without the right amount and when I told the lady to just give me the orange chicken instead waiting , she told me they already bagged it . So I asked her why bag it if I was waiting on more beef anyway and she just gonna show me the plate and still bag it . It might seem like I’m exaggerating by the picture which is suppose to be a bigger plate but from what I witness in that store I have a right to complain . Do better

Have spent money with this company many time and I asked for a cup of faucet water from the restaurant and can’t even get there after I spent $11 because the new general manager said charge a dollar for a faucet water. This sucks I’m gonna give a bad review every time. Sad restaurant chain. My guess the GM pocketing the money. I could see if I had not purchased any food.

If you don't mind waiting, then you're in the right spot. This location has a drive thru, but the lines are always long (inside and out). I've even had to wait for food to be cooked after reaching the front of the line to order. Is it worth the wait? You decide!
