About Panda Express

Panda Express, situated at 13155 US-287, Fort Worth, TX 76179, USA, is a part of a well-known chain of Chinese restaurants operating within the fast-food sector. This location aims to provide quick and convenient Chinese-inspired meals to the local community. As a recognizable brand, Panda Express typically offers a standardized menu featuring popular dishes and a service model focused on efficiency.

Based on the recent customer reviews available online, the experience at this particular Panda Express location in Fort Worth appears to present a mixed bag. One customer reported several issues with their recent order. The fried rice was described as "crunchy," indicating a potential problem with its preparation or freshness. Notably, the restaurant was out of teriyaki chicken, a popular menu item, which led the customer to opt for beef and broccoli, for which they experienced a six-minute wait. While the walnut shrimp was considered the only "decent" item, even this was marred by the hard rice, preventing the customer from enjoying the complete dish. Furthermore, the customer mentioned an issue with their drink, which was overfilled and caused stickiness, highlighting a lack of attention to detail in the beverage service. The one positive note from this review was the politeness of the staff member who handed over the food.

In contrast, another customer offered a more positive perspective, highlighting Panda Express as a "good healthy alternative compared to regular fast foods." They specifically mentioned the grilled teriyaki chicken, steamed rice, and vegetables as healthier options available. This reviewer also noted that the food is "mostly fresh if eating at the restaurant," suggesting a potential difference in quality between dine-in and takeout experiences, although this was not the experience of the first reviewer.

Considering these two recent reviews, it's difficult to form a comprehensive picture of the typical environment and services at this Fort Worth Panda Express location. As a fast-food chain, the environment is generally expected to be casual and functional, designed for quick service and both dine-in and takeout options. Customers typically order at a counter, and food is often served cafeteria-style or prepared quickly for individual orders. Cleanliness and efficiency are usually priorities in such establishments.

The services offered by Panda Express generally include order taking at the counter, food preparation, dine-in seating, and takeout service. Drive-thru options are also available at some locations, although it is not explicitly mentioned for this specific address. The menu typically features a range of Chinese-American dishes, including various chicken, beef, and shrimp entrees, along with rice, noodles, and vegetable sides. Signature dishes like orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp are usually staples.

Features of Panda Express as a brand often include a consistent menu across locations, occasional limited-time offers or new menu items, and a focus on providing familiar flavors in a fast-food setting. The mention of "healthy alternative" by one reviewer suggests that Panda Express may offer some options that are perceived as lighter or more nutritious compared to traditional fast food, such as grilled chicken and steamed vegetables.

In conclusion, the Panda Express at 13155 US-287 in Fort Worth, TX, operates as part of a national Chinese fast-food chain, offering a range of familiar dishes. Fried rice was crunchy. They had no teriyaki chicken. I had to wait 6 minutes for beef and broccoli 🄦 The only decent thing was the walnut shrimpšŸ¤ but that was even lacking because the rice was hard, and I couldn't eat them together. The lady that handed me my food was nice, but the side of the drink had soda down it, and my car had just been detailed, so I took the one napkin I had and tried to wipe it down but was still sticky. They overfilled the drink so much it was coming out of where the straw goes

Good healthy alternative compared to regular fast foods. Grilled Teriyaki chicken, steamed rice and veggies! Mostly fresh if eating at the restaurant.

So I've tried this location multiple times and this will be the my last time going. This location is never on time with its online orders. I've had over 5 experiences where I had to wait an extra 30-45 minutes after giving them 30 min to prepare the food. Ordered at 11:56 arrived at 12:40 still no food ready, told me I would have to wait 15-20 min more before my food was ready. So I just asked for a refund. **Update** just received my order is done text message at 1:39pm for an order placed at 11:56a.

Three times in a row I’ve come here and ordered and got to the window and was told that they are out of a food. Now mind you this is the very basics of panda express they were out of chow mein, rice , and orange chicken. Then I was told to wait out front for the food and it would be out in 4 min. What actually happened was me waiting out there for 30 minutes , walking in , having to show my receipt then final getting my food to see that I have got a skimpy serving and dry rice. Everything about this experience was horrible.
