Panda Express

Today Tuesday 17 Order number 486855 you all forgot my chicken teriyaki. I called 3 times but you won’t answer the phone.

Horrible experience, not sure if there has been a change in management or staff, but today I came in, (drive through) ordered a small bowl rice & orange chicken. I opened it in my car and counted 6 little pieces of chicken. 6!!!!!!!! But I just paid $11 dollars. Been coming here for a year now. Decided to go in to show / ask about that, An Asian lady serving the food side eyed me and said rudely What’s wrong with your food!? I said ma’am I just got this & it has 6 tiny piece, she rudely continue to say oh it’s like that it’s like that! I demanded more chicken. The fact that I had to interrupt my time get off and come in and then treated this way is unacceptable! All the other associates look tense and not happy At all, you can tell the atmosphere has changed! I will not be coming here anymore! I work near by and bring coworkers! I will not be doing that either! Please give ppl the food they pay for! If she’s new please get her with the program! If you are in the food /customer service industry get on board with 0 attitude or choose another career.

The food was great but the service was meh. We waited for fresh food, which was great! However they didn’t give us any sauce for our teriyaki chicken, luckily we didn’t drive off far so we went and got it but I waited at the counter for like 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. They kept looking at me and then turning around and doing something else. Finally when they looked at me again I asked for some help and eventually got the sauces. The restaurant inside was clean though.

Order Number: 495304, February 13th, 2025, 8:05 pm. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the quality of food I received from your establishment. The rice was undercooked and hard, while the teriyaki chicken was raw. I understand that new restaurants often experience a period of adjustment. However, at this stage, there is no excuse for serving such low-quality food, especially considering that Panda Express is a chain with established standards and recipes. Unfortunately, my experience with this Panda Express location has been a disaster. I hope that you will take immediate action to address these issues and improve the quality of your food.

I work in the food service industry and have for the last 20 years. The food here tasted good, too much sauce on the orange chicken but the shrimp and honey chicken along with the veggies are great. One thing that bothered me was I saw the associates coming out of their cars and the bathroom with their apron on. Sanitary wise it shouldn't leave the kitchen except to go in the hamper. That was pretty bad.
