Service here is deeply disappointing. First, the pace for dine-in orders is incredibly slow—they seem to prioritize take-out orders above all else. Initially, I was told the Beijing Beef would take “just a minute.” After waiting five minutes in line, I was told to check out, and they’d call my name once it was ready. Mind you, there were only a handful of customers and around eight employees in the store. After paying and stepping aside, the cashier then mentioned it would take an additional seven minutes. This was after I’d already waited five minutes just to be told to wait even longer. The overall lack of urgency and coordination from the staff is frustrating, to say the least.

I love panda. The food was good. Made fresh! A couple of the employees at this location are so sweet and attentive..I had an issue with the lady that was screaming at the workers. I believe her name was Leona. It made the experience horrible. Completely uncalled for. It’s never that serious.

It was good place, very busy as it looks like it is a new location. Fresh ingredients and good for Chinese cuisine.

The food was so delicious and yummy. The lady kept yelling at me “asking why am I just standing there” after I had already been helped. It made me feel so embarrassed and confused. This was my first time in this area. Usually Panda Express locations are really welcoming and helpful.

Disappointing Experience at Panda Express I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at Panda Express that I feel needs to be addressed. While we were waiting for our food, I noticed that the person handling the cash was not wearing gloves, which raised immediate concerns about hygiene. Additionally, our meal sat in a cold area for an extended period while we waited. We brought our concerns to the manager, who assured us that the food would not be cold by the time we received it. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When we finally got our meal, it was lukewarm at best and you could taste a fuel in the Beijing beef and not first time tasting this in the food. To make matters worse, shortly after my husband ate, he fell ill with symptoms of food poisoning, which was incredibly distressing for both of us. This experience has left us worried about the food safety practices at this location. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of their customers. As it stands, we are unlikely to return.
