Panda Express

I was shocked at how kind the staff were less than an hour before closing. Abi asked us how we’re doing (and seemed like she actually meant it), and when I asked if they had any shrimp left, I planned to say it was fine if they didn’t. Abi immediately politely asked another staff member to make fresh shrimp just for us, and the staff was talking and joking around while they prepared the food and had good vibes all around. I honestly never expected such a pleasant experience at a Panda Express, but especially not so close to closing. Thank you guys!!

One thing about panda is that it is consistent. There is always a long line and it takes quite some time to get through it but the taste is always exactly the same. The cashier was really kind and gave us an extra fortune cookie. I’m always surprised that each store seems to have different drink offerings though. Food is fresh as always.

Best service I've had at any Panda ever!

After visiting this store last month and receiving an incorrect order that looked like leftover entree remnants thrown together - I received an apology and a gift card to try again. Went there tonight at the heart of dinner rush and the unsanitary handling and placing of food, crew incompetence due to inattention to detail and non-communication, eventually forced me to leave after waiting 20 minutes.

Huge kudos to this location for accommodating me 15 minutes prior to closing. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry previously and hated it when people would come in just before closing yet here they were cheerful and willing to not only serve me but also to make items fresh for me. An absolute lifesaver as my daughter was arriving back in the country tonight and her only request was for Panda Express!
