About Panda Express

Panda Express, a well-known chain of Chinese restaurants, has a location situated at 9008 Sepulveda Blvd E-4 in North Hills, California. As a Chinese restaurant in the fast-casual dining category, Panda Express offers a convenient option for local users seeking familiar American-Chinese cuisine for dine-in or takeout. This particular branch can be contacted at (818) 891-7708 or +1 818-891-7708 for any inquiries.

Based on recent customer reviews, the Panda Express in North Hills generally provides a positive environment for its patrons. One reviewer was "happily surprised" by the establishment, noting that it is "spacious, well lit, clean, with no ‘strong’ or ‘funny’ smells." This suggests that the restaurant maintains a comfortable and hygienic atmosphere for dining. The ample space and good lighting contribute to a pleasant experience for those choosing to eat inside.

The service at this Panda Express location is also highlighted as a positive aspect. The staff is described as "efficient and courteous," indicating that customers can expect prompt and polite interactions when placing their orders or picking up their food. This efficiency is particularly beneficial for those looking for a quick meal without compromising on service quality.

In terms of food, Panda Express is known for its generous portion sizes, and this location appears to uphold that reputation. One reviewer mentioned that the "portions are generous and well served," suggesting that customers generally receive a substantial amount of food for their money. This can be a significant factor for those seeking a filling meal.

A specific instance of a customer utilizing a promotional offer provides further insight into the services offered. One individual stopped by this Panda Express due to a "Tmobile Tuesday offer" on their popular orange chicken. This indicates that Panda Express participates in promotional partnerships, which can be a valuable benefit for customers who are eligible for such offers. The fact that the customer was able to successfully redeem their offer suggests a smooth process for utilizing promotions at this location.

The same reviewer also noted the convenience of parking at this location. Situated in a plaza, parking was "just fine" when they arrived before the lunch rush. This accessibility is an important factor for customers driving to the restaurant for takeout or dine-in, ensuring a hassle-free experience upon arrival.

The option to order through the Panda Express app and choose a pickup time is another service highlighted in the reviews. This feature allows customers to place their orders in advance and collect them at their convenience, saving time and ensuring their meal is ready upon arrival. The reviewer who used this service arrived 10 minutes early and found that the staff "decided to just my order in front of me," indicating a willingness to accommodate customers even when they arrive slightly ahead of their scheduled pickup time.

However, one aspect of the food preparation mentioned in a review suggests a potential area for inconsistency. The reviewer who ordered orange chicken noted that the worker added "way more rice than orange chicken," resulting in them not getting much of the main dish. They contrasted this with another Panda Express location where the opposite was true, indicating a lack of uniformity in portioning between different branches. While the reviewer thought the orange chicken itself was "good," the imbalance with the rice was a point of concern.

The availability of indoor dining is also confirmed, with the reviewer noting that the "indoor dine in looks spacious" and that "they have a lot of room inside." This reinforces the earlier positive comment about the spaciousness of the restaurant, making it a comfortable option for those who prefer to eat their meal on-site.

Overall, the Panda Express at 9008 Sepulveda Blvd E-4 in North Hills appears to be a well-maintained and efficiently run Chinese restaurant. It offers a clean and spacious environment for dining in, courteous service, and the convenience of mobile ordering with pickup. The generous portion sizes are also a notable feature. While there might be some variability in the ratio of components in certain dishes, the overall experience seems to be positive, especially for those seeking familiar American-Chinese fast food.

Currently, the only specific promotional information mentioned is the T-Mobile Tuesday offer on orange chicken, which suggests that local users who are T-Mobile customers might benefit from checking the app for potential deals at this location. However, no other ongoing promotions or discounts are mentioned in the provided reviews. For more information on current promotions, customers are advised to check the Panda Express website or app, or contact the North Hills location directly.

In conclusion, the Panda Express in North Hills offers a convenient and generally well-regarded option for Chinese fast food. Its spacious and clean environment, efficient service, and generous portions are appreciated by customers. The availability of mobile ordering and potential promotional offers further enhance its appeal to local users looking for a quick and satisfying meal. While some minor inconsistencies in food portioning may occur, the overall feedback suggests a positive dining experience.

I stopped by this Panda Express location to take advantage of my Tmobile Tuesday offer on the orange chicken. I found parking just fine in the plaza this place is in because I came before lunch. I set my order through the Panda Express app and chose a pickup time. I came 10 minutes early so they decided to just my order in front of me. The worker added way more rice than orange chicken so I didn't get much. At another Panda Express location, that worker would add more orange chicken than rice. The indoor dine in looks spacious and they have a lot of room inside. I thought the orange chicken was good but way too much rice.

They made a small mistake on the order we had 4 trays. Two of them were supposed to be steamed rice and vegetables, bigger plates with everything on them, mainly vegetables, because we've been trying to eat healthier. So three proteins with mostly vegetables and a small portion of rice. They still put fried rice and one of us has an egg allergy. That was a small mistake. The bigger issue was calling and speaking to the manager ceesar who was condescending and almost rude, as he was speaking to us. When we finally asked, who was the store manager? He refused to give us the information. Initially, because he was pretending to actually be the store manager. And when we asked what his title was, he said, the store has 3 managers. When we said are you an assistant manager? He refused to give that information. And they said, if we want to put it like that then yes. Now our issue isn't even the place that had the egg.On it from the fried rice is the way we've been spoken to and dealt with this morning after trying to get the issue resolved my niece actually sat and recorded the conversation because he was on speaker, because just how rude he came off when we realized he wasn't the store manager. He then wanted to end the call and also refused to give the corporate number. The people who worked the night prior were really nice. Polite and did a good job. They just made a small mistake. But now, after speaking to caesar, we're going to go out of the way to make sure that we make this a big deal because of how he dealt with us

The food was really fresh and the only fast food where they went in the dining room giving out Xtra cookies. Nice touch!
